Nice, but pretty chinsy in some regards. We wanted ice for our room and they charged us for it. Also the breakfast is too expensive. $20 per person? Come on.

Rooms could have more character. Everything else was pretty nice.

It's a gorgeous hotel. The staff is professional and friendly. I accidentally booked for the wrong period, and they were honest and refunded. My daughter and I are in love with this hotel and we are coming back in December.

Amazing place with a world class fitness facility

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel had a great spa, several pools, and an amazing gym which is perfect if you like staying active during your vacation. However, there are a few things that could be better. The hotel is quite far from places you might want to visit, so you need a car, scooter, or taxi to get around. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus to Rawai Beach, but you still have to walk quite a bit to actually reach the beach. The shuttle also goes to Naiharn Beach, which was a big disappointment. The sunbeds by the pools are old, broken, worn out, and uncomfortable. The sun lounger towels provided are too small to cover the whole sunbed, which is not very comfortable either. The food at the hotel is good but it's more expensive than what you would normally expect to pay in Thailand. All the rooms we checked had a moldy smell which wasn't very nice. We asked to change rooms right when we got there, but all the ones we saw had the same problem. At night, the hotel can get quite noisy with some guests who like to get drunk and high late into the night. Also, the hotel has a digital concierge app, but it's hit or miss whether they respond quickly or at all. It's usually better to just use the phone. They have a monthly brunch which is nice, but it's mostly older people who attend. The breakfast has a fair variety of food but it's not as extensive as it seems.

Second time visiting this resort and I like it. Although, I didn’t like that in was placed next to the parking garage of the property .Noisy

Stay Wellbeing was a perfect stay for us. It's not in the middle of everything so if you leave the resort you must get a taxi. Rawai beach is a close 10-15 minutes and has many shops and restaurants. You can rent a boat but there isn't much beach. Nai Harn is the next beach over and is stunning, not nearly as many shops and places to eat but it's very relaxing. The resort's spa and gym are top notch, everyone is kind and will help you with anything you need. The walk out pool from the room was such a treat. We would highly recommend staying here.

An amazing place. The pools are just superb and the sport options, the gym and in general the property is top class. The food was really good too. A great place for the sport minded tourists.

Very spacious villa.

Everything was great except the AC. During 2 of our 5 day stay the AC was either weak or totally off.

Beautiful hotel/lush greenery. Excellent service. Restaurant/cafe food and drinks all very tasty. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a nice second floor unit with balcony facing away from pool that we enjoyed very much. The fitness center is pretty epic, lots of good workouts. Amazing massage. The facilities are however feeling worn, torn cushions on gym equipment, stains on restaurant sofas, shower grout/tile needs cleaning/resealing. Spa areas felt beat up, not well maintained. Very kid friendly, which was not so much for us, but we had a private room/location away from the pool noise.

Great modern hotel. A bit of an oasis of calm in busy Phuket. Excellent sports facilities, great Muay Thai trainers in particular. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

Whilst the venue is incredible and the gym is epic maybe we should have considered if it was the right fit for us. The food in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard and the service could not be faulted. I felt for us however it was a little pretentious. I would however highly recommend the flotation tank and my husband love the cryo therapy.. know that the surrounding area is a walk but there is a fabulous coffee shop called Brick which do the most amazing cakes. There is also a courtesy bus which can take you down to the beach and back which is fab and you can hire bikes.

This place is situated in a very tranquil area and boasts a highly modern interior. The staff and service are top-notch, and the kitchen delivers an excellent breakfast. The fitness studio is unparalleled in Thailand, and the Muay Thai Gym is equally impressive. We would definitely come back!

pros: very quiet, peaceful and private area. facilities are very new and well-maintained. cons: difficult to get in and out without rental transport. lucky we did so it wasn't an issue at all. traffic can be quite busy/slow coming down from the north-east as compared to the west side of the island

Over all is excellent, but only location is not convenient. We like the parking can park near our stay. Room a surprise me, very clean, bright, and comfortable, but isn’t a smart tv and have no speaker. Breakfast and dinner a very good, lots of dishes for choose, and it’s delicious. Will stay again!!
