This property is a good value for the money. The rooms are unspectacular, but are clean and quiet. It’s also very conveniently located on the TCH. I’ve stayed here twice on cross country trips, and it’s definitely the best deal of any of the hotels in a similar price range. Would stay again for sure.

It was ok- but not as appears in pictures. Tub didn’t drain. Keys didn’t work as battery was dead. Not terrible; but not as it appears in advertisement.

Overall not bad but a little on the dusty and dirty side for my preference.

Great spot with an excellent Indian restaurant attached. A pool for the kids, decent rooms and a good staff. A good choice when in the Hat.

The staff were courteous and helpful as well as pleasant. The pool and hot tub were both working and in good repair. Clean towels provided at poolside. There was lots to choose from for a hot or cold breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling such as ourselves.

Very clean hotel comfortable beds

The stay at the hotel regarding the staff, cleanliness of the hotel was good. A bit of attention to a few small items which could lead to problems need to be address. Painting and upgrades to to grounds and common areas will make a difference with overall experience of staying at the hotel

Overall, we did not have a good experience with our stay. The room smelled musty, the shower didn't work nor did some of the outlets. When we tried to shower in the morning we learned that it was not working. Called for Maintenace and was told not on site but would be in 30 minutes. Waited over 2 hours. Finally called front desk and had them come to the room. The person confirmed the issue but was unable to do anything, He said he called their manager and was told they would look after me on my next visit, I said that was unacceptable and needed a resolution as we needed to get back on the highway and none of my family were able to shower nor did our phones charge. After a lengthy discussion, the front desk person said he would contact the manager again, he would call me and I would not be charged until we spoke. I waited 48 hours, saw the full price of the room was charged to my credit card and I received no call. I then called the hotel and spoke to the same front desk person who confirmed the issues in our room and was told - maintenance went to the room and said there were no issues. No apology for not calling me, no acknowledgment that he himself had seen the issue, I again replied that this was unacceptable and asked the manager to call me, The front desk person said he would contact the manager and call me back. This time he did call me back and I was offered $20.00 off the room cost. This was another weak attempt at customer service. I will never return!

Second time staying at this location. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Help me understand a situation I wasn’t familiar with. Room was clean and beautiful. Very quiet. I’ll definitely keep coming back when I can!

Nice hotel but noisy and staff stopped checking me in answer the phone then proceeded to have a long conversation in another language and not put them on hold. Not right at all very poor service

The Restaurant was so Inconvenient after a very busy day and excited to eat i did not get noticed immediately, menu literally not legible in my language, u did find something similar to Chicken Fried Rice... to which i ssid NO Spices yet it csne eith Spices i ate 2 spoonful snd my mouth burned fr spices... whole Plate waste.

The room was huge.

Checked us in wrong room informed me that I had booked two rooms when I said there was a mistake she rudely said that's not my fault.

The overall place was good, the breakfast room was a bit small/disorganized for the size of the hotel, everything else was fine

Staff very knowledgeable and accomodating. Rooms clean, spacious and quiet. Great location for restaurants, and shopping.very large parking lot.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The sink and bathtub would take forever to drain. Bed not comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Love the staff

I was travelling with my 91-year-old mother-in-law. She’s disabled with hearing impairment, legally blind, speaks very little English and has mobility issues. I was promised two rooms next to each other when I called the facility after I made the reservation when I arrived in the evening of, Tuesday, 23 July this was not available and she had to stay down the hall. This caused her great and she had a sleepless night. The front desk staff were not helpful about resolving this issue. In our room, my wife was unable to use the bathroom without washing the tub because it looks like it had not been cleaned and some there were cobwebs on the wall As well my mother-in-law has medication that need refrigeration. The refrigerator inside our room was not working.

Having to leave a deposit after i had already paid for the room on Expedia shows a complete lack of trust in your customers.

I think you get what you pay for with this hotel. Staff was very nice and friendly. Nothing special about the hotel it’s self. I got exactly what I was expecting.

Place needs closer attention to cleaning. Music in restaurant was disturbing.

Room was very dated. Needed a total refurbishment. Breakfast was poor. No staff checking or keeping the food replenished; e.g. coffeee had run out and no yogurt.
