Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Only complaint is the bathroom light is right in front of the bed and it’s blinding if you need to turn it on to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

This hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are spacious,clean and comfortable. Check in was easy the guy at the desk customer service was great and breakfast the next morning was good. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, it looked like the water had a oily layer at the top of it,the water looked a bit dirty so I didnt want to put my kids in it.Maybe a little pool maintenance but everything else was good here!

This was an excellent place to stay for an event in the area. Accessible to many things. The ONLY thing that was a downfall was the small pool and no hot tub-but we still had fun!

It was a good stay except room service came into our room a little past 8am on New Year’s Day. Unsure why she opened the door while we were still in our beds.

Hotel was very clean and nice. However the pipes started clanking so loud and we didn’t get any sleep. We were on the third floor and it kept us up from 1-230am.

Everything was great except they didn't clean our room. The bottom bedsheet didn't stay on the bed while we were sleeping. After 2 nights they changed it.

I chose this hotel because it was a good distance from Glenlore Trails for the Carnevil haunting fun as that was the reason me and my 7 year old were visiting Michigan. We loved Glenlore and my son loved the little pool we used to relax before heading to Glenlore later that night. We want to come back for the Christmas fun at Glenlore, so hopefully we can find availability here again, because I would love staying here since I know my way around the surrounding area a bit!

We stayed a couple nights.
They didn’t have the room we booked and gave us a king bed instead of the two queen beds.
Family of five so it was a little uncomfortable trying to all sleep in one bed.
Overall stay was great. Would recommend

The property and hotel were all amazing! The problem is the staff... I had booked a room that fit 4 people that needed 3 different beds. We arrived at the hotel and our room was gone and they FORCED us to buy for 2 king rooms! Worst check in experience I've ever had.

Liked the location, the fresh design, the cleanliness, the pool, the room amenities and layout, the pool, and the wonderful, friendly and professional staff! Only disappointment was when we had to check out a day early, due to a medical emergent issue and the manager would not issue a refund to expedia. I do realize that the hotel is not obligated to give a refund, it just would have been nice.

Great stop over for a girls trip to see Taylor Swift concert! Beds we're comfy, service was helpful and friendly, breakfast was yummy, and 5 of us could share 1 room.

The room was spotless, spacious and well-appointed. Amenities were provided including luxury hair products and an extensive continental breakfast. The pool was clean and though small, swimmable for short laps. The exercise room provided ample equipment and free weights. The staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy and quick.
