Room was filthy. Shower curtain covered in foul smelling mold and shower looked like a disgusting mess. Towels were like sandpaper. Usually set bar low since just staying here for fishing tournament but will never stay here again

Shower was excellent but when you turned on the lights there was alot of cockroaches running.bed was comfy wfi didn’t work tho

Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Will never stay there again!

The room we rented had bed bugs so we co tasted the front desk and she moved us to another room then she tried to convince us that it was a baby roach and not a bed bug!! Also we rented a double room and the room they moved us to had one bed instead of two! All around horrible experience!!

Trash motel

Nothing except it was very dirty and then the air conditioner wasn’t working. We had to switch rooms at 9 o’clock last night and it still wasn’t very clean but better then the others

If you just need somewhere to lay your head for the night that’s all you are gonna get. Old, outdated and lack any amenities. No coffee pot, no ice bucket, no blow dryer, etc. And if you are wanting good customer service, not going to get it here. The guy acted like we were putting him out when we checked in. Won’t be back.

The bathroom floor was dirty and shower curtain had mold on the bottom the mattress kept sliding off the box spring on my daughters bed no cups to use to pour a drink It was ok but I’ve sure stayed at other places for less that were much cleaner

Came to visit family that I hadn't seen in 20 + years. Great time and if you're in Eufaula try the Boomerang...great food & staff.

Bad Bad Bad!! Didn't have room that we had a confirmation on. Bed is hard, Like laying on a pallet of bricks. The shower curtain was mold and mildew all at the bottom. I was so dirty the whole room. Bed spread looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks! Half a roll of toilet paper left. I will sleep in my car next time if I have too. It was labor day weekend and no where else had a room. I booked this room for two nights a month out form stay. I have never stayed at this bad of a place. Stunk, air condition was set on Low you couldn't change. I had a fan or my elderly mother wouldn't have made it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Small lake town motel. Quiet, clean and safe.

To start, the online, advertised, price was different than what i actually paid. Secondly... Over the phone, we were GUARANTEED that I would be able to check-in in the morning, following my shift, as I work night shift. When I arrive, of course, no one seems to know what I'm talking about. I actually spoke to to 3 people... the whole family... and the daughter tells me "we don't know what you people are talking about... early check-in is 12, but you can pay a fee to check in early". They refused to refund my money! So what started out to be a $48 room, ended up being a $103 room , including a $20 fee for early check-in. Then she had enough nerve to tell me this is the weekend, we are very busy... i said " there are TWO CARS on your lot!!! HANDS DOWN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.... NOT AMERICAN OWNED!!!

It was an awesome stay this is my 2nd time staying there and there will be a 3rd time staying there this year sometime and there are always been good to me good service good people good And there are real good people to communicate with They always have an open smile and greet you very well I really Like Staying there Good with my service cat

We’ve stayed here many times. It’s not fancy, but it’s always clean and comfortable, and the proprietors are very nice.

Staff were great. Had bugs in room. Cold water knob on shower missing had to use pliers to use it.

All around good beautiful sunsets over the lake and good family and friends

The Room was kinda clean. Towels and sheets were stained. Spilt coffee was all over the counter and room was close to 90 degrees upon entering. I turned on the AC wall unit and gave it a few hours to try and cool of. Room was still very warm overnight. I tried to check out in the AM but no one came after ringing the Bell. Luckily I had prepaid so I just left. If you are going to stay here 1) bring your own towel 2) bring cleaning wipes and air freshener 3) bring sandals to wear in the shower 4) bring your own blankets. Room was very quiet though and not the worst place I stayed at. Just a little cleaning and attention to detail would have made this stay much better.
