Best two week hotel stay, with full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and fast wifi. The 4k TV with Nintendo was nice too, could use the hdmi cable for laptop as well. Only CON is the cleaning service is having a hard time speaking English, but Google translate solved it.

The apartment was full of thoughtful touches! Polaroid to leave a photo of ourselves, a ton of spare adapters, a small gaming console even. The bathroom was excellent, as were the kitchen amenities and the bed was comfortable. It was such a nice stay overall and I hope to try another Bob W location again. I would say there were some things which felt much more important to me to include for guests than a polaroid, however -- such as detergent for the washing machine or oil for cooking -- the latter of which which was provided after I asked for it which was excellent. But this is of the utmost importance to me in trusting a brand. It's one thing to provide the Instagram-worthy things, but if you provide a washer or a kitchen with cookware, why would there not be the basics to use those things? I hope this can become standardized for Bob W to match the other excellent elements of the stay.

Nice stay for the two of us in what Bob calls a swanky apartment. The separate bedroom and living room gave us space for some me time when we needed it. The place is near two supermarkets and the Baltic Jaam street food hall, which we like.

Super nice spot for solo/couple: everything is very stylish, apartment is clean & smells super nice. Has a nice kitchen with everything you’d need. Location is perfect if you’re more into hanging out in the Telliskivi/Kalamaja/Nobblessner area.

Bob w is a high end elevated apartment hotel stay with a few severely lacking areas. While the apartments are modern, large and generally clean. Some areas of cleaning were really bad. I found bugs in two rooms I slept in. Not bedbugs, but nonetheless, it gave me anxiety about what they were. But much more disruptive and I cannot stress this enough, the noise insulation is not suitable. You can hear every footstep from neighbours on your own floor even from across the hall, which is a bit of a disaster in my opinion. I did not get good sleep many nights here. The experience otherwise was mostly positive. There are amenities and gym membership and the location was great The staff are very nice, though it feels disconnected in that I had a very good experience with Merlyn, who came over in person to solve a problem but over WhatsApp the team were so nice and tried to offer solutions but no one could... For example... Ask the neighbours to be quiet because they were building residents. I was upgraded to a better suite due to the issues but this ended up biting me in the ass due to the loudness of neighbours. The air conditioning wasn't as advertised, and even though there was cute touches all over, some aspects didn't work like the SNES. In all I really wanted to enjoy this experience. I can sense the passion from the staff but it doesn't cut it when noise problems and other issues I feel just were only half addressed. They did offer to move me again to their credit.

The room is fully equipped, you can find everything you need. Many restaurants and a supermarket are nearby, very convenient!

New house, everything the room and house it self is new Ttuly 5 stsrs apartment. Quiet surrandings, but near by lots of Telliskivi restaurants and shops. Apartment has retro play console as well as big tv. Bed was so nice. Kitchenette has full size fridge/freezer 1/2 and 1/2 and microway. Best of all messaging was awesome, allways they answer in few minutes. Paid parking was under the house behind fullside gate.

Perfect location. Shops, restaurants and art near by. Nice, well-kept and functioning room. Overall a brilliant concept.

Really excellent check in system with no human contact! Everything worked smoothly and the room was available 2 hours before I had asked for. Room is very clean, well appointed and the bed is comfortable and firm. Kitchen is perfect for one or two people and the complimentary coffee is delicious. 15 minute walk to the town center and a cheap taxi ride from the ferry port. TV is modern so you can cast content from your phone and the WiFi is very good. Lots of charging points for your devices in the room. Decor is nice if you're into that. I recommend this apartment hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Really loved saying here. Was a little apprehensive about not having a team on site but they were always so responsive on whatsapp, even at night! Absolutely loved the polaroid camera we borrowed - really helped us feel like we didn't have to buy extra souvenirs from Tallinn. Location is also fantastic if you're more of a modern type than an old town kind of person - the area of telliskivi is so cool! You can still walk to the old town quite easily though. Super glad we chose to stay here!

Loved our stay in the Bob W! Clean, quiet, and an amazing use of space. The location was really great too-- close to the Creative City, the market, the tram. If I had any negative thing to say, it would just be that I wished there were more than 2 bath towels and a floor mat. Maybe an extra bath towel or two, or some hand towels? Other than that, an excellent place and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean new apartments on a trendy Telliskivi area. Walkable everywhere in Telliskivi and also close to tram. We had one bedroom and sofabed in livingroom. Both rooms had french balcony doors ( when we did reservation there was no suites with balcony available). Both bed and sofa bed had great matrasses! Comfortable flat and nice furniture. Everything else great but no airconditioning. In +30 celcius It did help that there was a portable fan and we got another fan also when we asked for it. There was also local "Muu icecream" waiting for us in the freezer (compliments of Bob). We had only one nite's reservation but could have been also longer. Key codes for doors worked fine and parking in garage in the basement was easy and safe. Also breakfast omelets in Reval cafe were great.

The only downside is that the apartment was really hot and there was no proper air condition. Overall, great place and would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment like accommodation located in the Telliskivi region. Very comfortable with dishwasher and all necessary amenities. The bed in the standard room is quite small for two.

They were able to facilitate early check in on a same day reservation, and the room was so efficiently organized, making the most of a small space. Could’ve stayed here for a week despite the small size! Everything was there that you needed, and the location was great in the Telliskivi trendy neighborhood.
