Great suites, extremely clean with amenities! Right on the beach and near restaurants. The service is also impeccable

Very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Everything you could need is provided. Cleaned and towels changed daily. Nice pool. 20 min walk to Sami with lots of restaurants but also 3 places to eat within 5 min walk. Would be a lovely pebble beach just across road but spoilt by large amounts of dog faeces making it unsuitable for children and unpleasant for adults (maybe it’s cleaned for high season?)

Spectacular. Went here to get ready for my wedding and spend the night with my new husband. I forgot my bag in the room with all my money and when I went back to retrieve it, the front desk gentleman was waiting for me and ready to call me. Can’t get that kind of service in the states! Thank you for making my day amazing. The rooms are beautiful and made for great photos.

Liked - very clean throughout. Did not like - It was advertised as having breath taking sea views, this was not the case. We overlooked scrubland, power cables, parked cars and an electricity sub station

This property was very lovely. It was incredibly clean and offered many amenities. The unit itself was large with plenty of space, and very clean and comfortable. The area around it is quite and beautiful being right on the water! The walk to town isn’t too bad but there are dining options and a few stores nearby too. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again!

Really beautiful property, the views are outstanding and the breakfast was amazing.

We stayed in a very nice suite. Fully equipped and very well decorated and maintained. Each of the rooms had air conditioning and it was like a two double bedroom apartment. There was little to criticise, except the shower cubical was a little cramped and shower head kept flying off the wall mount with water pressure. Water was cold to shower in the morning but hot by evening. Taps are not thermostatically controlled so took some skill to get right! We'd stay again. Close to beach and a couple of good restaurants nearby.

Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment in a quiet complex. Only a 15 min walk along the sea path into central Sami, but some nice tavernas and bakeries within 1-2 mins walk. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property with great views from our balcony. Our suite was two stories and had plenty of room for 6 of us. The staff was so kind and helpful! We enjoyed walking to the waterfront restaurant and local bakery very close to the hotel.

We stayed at Meliti Waterfront Suites in June 2023. The reception were kind enough to wait for us when we had to check-in late. The room was equipped for 4 people and was easily spacious enough for a family of 4 or 5. It was well cleaned and tidied daily. It's 10 paces from front of the suites to the sea and we made use of the sun beds provided to snooze under the trees on the water's edge and to swim from there. The pool looked lovely but we didn't use it as the sea was so close by. There are a couple of good tavernas that you can walk to within 2 minutes and a great cafe/bakery (Spathis Cafè Bakery Patisserie) where we had breakfast daily. It's a 2km walk into Sami (Σάμη) along the waters edge. We walked to the Melissani Cave Lake in a few minutes. We rented a small boat from Seven Seas Boats, who operate 500m along the beach, which was also excellent. We loved the place. It was quiet and would be a great place for families or for anyone wishing to be away from the main towns. We hope to be back soon.

We felt really welcome at Neliti Waterfront! Great, friendly staff from booking services, reception, cleaning, maintenance, all outstanding. Well furnished, clean and spacious apartment. The location is great, seaside beds, pool, enough to do within walking distance and even more a quick (taxi) drive away. Really recommended!

We had a wonderful week stay at Meliti for our mums birthday - the team went above and beyond for us: from our warm welcome, the smiley housekeeping, and the friendly maintenance team. The waterfront is beautiful, the pool is clean and our room (Lotus) was spacious and well stocked for meals at home, but there are 4 taverns in walking distance. We had an outstanding stay and would recommend Meliti and will come back!

Our family of six all agreed this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at, and we are very seasoned travelers. I was already pleased before arrival based on the great communication with the manager, Mr. Paschaladis. He was very responsive to our constant questions from the start and extremely professional. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade which made our stay even better than expected. The views from our top floor balcony were impressive, and we loved spending our evenings enjoying that space as a family, eating dinner and playing games on the large outdoor table. The apartment was vary spacious, which is really important to us as two of our children are adults and two are teenagers, so everyone likes their space even on vacation. The furnishings are very nice and modern, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, and everything well taken care of. We were also pleasantly surprised by daily cleaning service even during Covid-19. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach out front were a wonderful addition. The beach is rocky but we still really enjoyed it and found the water temperature to be very comfortable. We took an unplanned day off from exploring the island just to enjoy this little beach and were shocked when six hours had blown by. The property also had a nice pool. I cannot say enough good things about Meliti. We truly hope to go there again someday. 10 stars!!

We were a family of 5 staying in the 3 bedroom apartment. The top level has a tastefully decorated livingroom, diningroom and fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It was very comfortable and convenient. We had all the basics for cooking meals. The view of the sea from the balcony was amazing. The lower level had 3 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower only) with washing machine. The bathroom was in good, clean condition. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had a patio. Beds were very comfortable. Really wish there was a bathroom upstairs as well though because it was a pain going up and down the stairs to use the bathroom. The floors could have been cleaner. We always remove our shoes at the front door. Shor after we checked in and circulated around the apartment we noticed our feet were black with dust from the floors. There was daily cleaning service, and even after they cleaned we continued to have the same issue of dust on our feet. They made the beds and changed the towelsdailybut seems they didn't clean the floors very well. They also didn't clean the balcony during our 5-days stay. There was also a small ant issue on the balcony. The location is quiet, with a cute little playground across the street. Perfect for the little ones. The beach is a private beach for hotel guests only. Large stones and very cold waters. Better for relaxing in a sun lounger enjoying the scenery than for swimming, in my opinion. The manager was very professional and helpful.
