Staff is really nice. From bartenders, to house cleaners, to boat drivers. Had a good time. It is tedious to get there from Airport with how many forms of transportation you need, but front desk reps made it easy for us to get cab from airport to the first port. I would recommend for a girls trip, couples trip, or family trip , since I saw a lot of kids there as well.

Beatiful place , GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT FOOD! Go to Bliss Beach on a day trip! Absolutely stunning ! The entire north island is serene, and Peachful! The family that runs Bliss beach is absolutely amazing!

The property was clean; quiet, and is a beauty! Only recommended for the property is to try to have the property personal water taxi go back and forth every 30-45mins instead of every hour

While the property is fantastic, the staff of BlueZen would rival the finest hotels. It's been a week since we came home and we still miss the sense of family we felt at the resort. We also loved the food at Lotus Cafe, it was fantastic!

Loved this, perfect for a quiet get a way. Although you will have to take an extra boat from Caye Caulker to get here.

Accommodation was a spacious, modern and clean 2 bedroom/2bath Unit, full kitchen, luxurious Livingroom, semi-private pool. We had everything we could possibly want or need. Kitchen stocked with pots/pans, utensils, plates etc. The resort only has two restaurants, and to get to anywhere, you need to take a ferry. But the Ferry operates on a regular schedule.

This was a beautiful place to stay and everything about it was perfect. We enjoyed being away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the south side. They have a free ferry that will shuttle you back and forth to the village if you want to explore or grab food outside of the resort but there were days we found ourselves not even wanting to leave the resort as they had everything we needed. The front desk was incredibly helpful with organizing tours or airport transfers and made everything super easy for our stay 10/10 recommend.

A wonderful stay at Bluzen. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. But note, this is a very quiet area, there are minimal amenities; you will need to go to The split for more dining/entertainment options (there are two restaurants on the Bluzen grounds), it gets very quiet at night If you like a quiet, calm, relatively non busy stay, then this is the place.

My wife chose Blu Zen to celebrate her birthday. Very quiet resort and incredible staff ready to help at any time of the day, especially Jairo and Erika. They made travel to and from the island easy and less stressful. We will definitely be back next year

Bluzen is a gorgeous property on the north island where it is quiet! They have excellent rooms that are huge, with 3 pools, and two dining options. They have their own fairy to take you too and from the South Island, with free bikes available to cruise up to Bliss Beach. Loved this place!

Blu Zen Resort in Caye Caulker is a wonderful retreat perfect for rest and relaxation. The staff Jairo, Elvi and Charlene are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. A standout feature is the private chef experience with Chef Zaron, who crafts exquisite meals tailored to your tastes, making each dining experience a highlight of the trip. The serene ambiance, coupled with breathtaking views and top-notch service, makes Blu Zen Resort a perfect getaway.

The gym needs a lot of cleaning.

Its the perfect place for a quiet reflective getaway. From the moment we were welcomed onto the property, I felt valued and at home.

The property itself sits on a private side of Caye Caulker. They have a complimentary boat to take you to the other side of Caye Caulker which is nice and they set up your taxi from the airport to the water taxi terminal to get to the island. My favorite were the food, drinks, restaurants on site and the friendly staff. The downside was the noise from the construction late at night which actually woke me up two nights in a row, the bikes were so old and uncomfortable to use and another guest thought it was funny to connect their Bluetooth to our patio speaker full blast while we weren’t even there and the staff did not really address the issue and it made our party appear disrespectful. Other than that the property itself is to die for, safe and the staff was really friendly and attentive overall. Just book is all I will say.

Great experience & looking forward to visiting again wished we could have stay longer. With the addition to the other phase & hotel Blu Zen will be a top tourist destination in Belize. The water taxi from the resort was very convenient & had a great schedule to get you back & forth all day. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience & looking forward to visiting again soon!!

Beautiful hotel! 5/5 for aesthetics but not much to do in the area. More activities on the south side.

Mattress was soft. Did not get the unit portrayed in the pics. The water shuttle was not timely.

Great stay, food, and staff

Everything about our stay at Blu Zen was amazing! Starting with the pre-arranged transportation from the airport to the Belize City water taxi and from there to the property on Blu Zen’s own boat, followed by a quick but welcoming arrival reception at the property and tour of the condo. The staff was exceptional—incredibly friendly and accommodating—special props to Joel, Jairo, and Nan for making us feel like royalty during our stay! The private property is immaculate with plenty of amenities—3 pools, ocean beach, golf cart rental, free bikes, two delicious restaurants with bars, a small market, a well-equipped fitness center, etc. The location on the north end of Caye Caulker was the perfect blend of quiet relaxation with easy access to the south end of the island for additional activities and shopping. We will definitely be visiting Belize again and will most certainly stay at Blu Zen!

It’s a beautiful property with friendly staff. The two restaurants on property are pretty good and they make really easy to get around. However, there was a lot noise due to construction and we lost power in our unit for a most of a day. Our unit unfortunately wasn’t cleaned for the 4 days we were there. We did get fresh towels when we asked for them.

The property was definitely a western type accommodation and a 15 minute boat ride away from the main island where shops and restaurants are which was not idea. The rooms are lovely and there are three pools. The food was good but more expensive than the main island as well. We were told our condo would be cleaned everyday and was not and we had to ask for things like shampoo and coffee and sugar everyday but they did eventually come. Our air conditioning and tv’s didn’t work very well and that was too bad as it was definitely hot there! The bikes were a nice touch as we always found some for our group of three but didn’t have brakes so was a little nerve racking. We took some across the split ferry and biked Caye Caulker main island for the day- going to the iguana reef hotel to see the seahorses etc which was fun. We also had a hard time with ferries getting across when we needed to as the schedule wasn’t great. It would almost make sense to do on demand and get people to pay. All in all a good stay but a few things need improvement.

We were looking for a quiet spring break trip and thoroughly enjoyed Caye Caulker and Blu Zen. The staff and facilities were great for a low-key, relaxing get-away.

Jairo, Adan, Jarrell and the entire staff were so friendly and helpful in every way and made us feel like family. The property was beautiful, and so serene. Exactly what I was looking for was at Blu Zen. We will be back!

This place was so nice! Welcoming staff, Very peaceful, staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to reservations to & from other islands along with transportation. Place was probably too big for just myself & my partner but we really enjoyed it!

This property is for those who love the very modern, spartan look of a room. The staff were excellent but the resort lacks anything that felt Belizean. Not a bad thing if that is your preference.Also of note is lack of shade around the pools for those of us who don't like full sun.
