We enjoyed the stay a lot - the hotel is very comfortable and convenient for both the train station and the city centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast with very nice coffee.

Great location both close to the guggenheim and the old town. Very quiet and great blackout curtains for a good sleep.

The room was very pleasant --- not too large, but so well organized and furnished that it worked like a large room. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Definitely plan to stay here again when we return to Bilbao. Only suggestion would be to provide a rubberized bath mat --- tub floor was a bit slippery, and tub walls were high.

Very good hotel, modern and spacious and in walking distance of all shops

Good 4 star hotel located directly behind the main department store, shopping street and 2 mnt walk to train station. Hotel is very clean, modern with all amenities. It’s by no means luxurious, but a great choice for the area. Was offered a jr suite for 10 euro extra, well worth it, room was huge. The only negative was breakfast. A single staff member was nasty and ignored all requests. Many items were not replenished and options were bare.

Great location near train station and a lot places to shopping and eat. Walking distances (20Minutes) to The Puppy, We arrived via train to Bilbao and walk to the hotel ( 2 minutes walking) with luggage breakfast was great for the cost. I will use this hotel again

This was a comfortable central hotel. Breakfast was okay. The tortilla was good but the pastries were a little watery.

A very good and clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood, very central to everthing. The only thing that I was missing is option for omelet and there were not pancakes.

Our room was very clean and spacious with comfortable bed and good tea/coffee-making equipment. The bathroom had plenty of space for 2 people. Loved the toiletries provided with product type clearly labelled. Also pleased to see that they didn’t change our towels because we hung them up (too many other hotels ignore their own requests). The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were bars and restaurants just outside the door and it was a short walk to the river. Our car was parked in a safe parking station about 10 mins walk away.

Very friendly & helpful 2 night stay. Very quiet on the 6th floor. Good location, easy walk into the centre. Recommend it.

Tranquil for a city hotel close to all the tourist sites Receptionists spoke mgood English and were helpful to us

Didn’t care much for this hotel during my 2 night stay. The window in my room faced a metal wall. It was very dark in the space, even during a sunny day with every light in the room turned on. The amenities listed an electric kettle. Mine did not have one and when I called to request it, the front desk said they didn’t have any left. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but it wasn’t plugged in until 10:30AM. Seems a bit late for coffee. The room was miniature. There wasn’t enough space around the bed to roll out a travel sized yoga mat. There was a lot of noise from the hallway that woke me up on several occasions. Not a terrible hotel. It was renovated and clean and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked. The location was pretty decent to walk to cafes and about 15-20 minutes from the museums. Just wasn’t my cup of tea, and I couldn’t drink my cup of tea.

Excellent location. One minute to the Gran Via and 5 to the Old City of Bilbao. Close by restaurants.

Convenient, quiet, well maintained. Nothing to complain. Almost perfect.

Great location. Well, every place is close, but it is far enough away from the bars to get some rest. The room is clean and efficient. My wife and I felt very safe. There are electric locks from the street to the pension (hotel) main entrance to the room door, all opened with the provided to key. The bed is comfortable and bathroom small but clean with good shower. I would come again.
