Great service!!!

Fantastic hotel in a fairly central location. Staff were very nice and friendly. Very clean and quite modern. They also offer toiletries for free in open boxes in the lobby which was handy.

Conveniently located but it is little far from Roppongi station especially for rainy days. And hard to find its entrance.

We paid extra for a room on the highest floor with a nice view; however, it wasn't worth it. The view was blocked by buildings across the street. Additionally, despite staying on the highest level, we still heard street noise!

I requested no feather pillows or blankets since I have an allergy. I was given one wool blanket that wasn’t big enough to cover me, no sheet, and rice filled pillows. The room wasn’t bad, the sleeping arrangements were not working for me. I checked out a day early to switch hotels.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Rapongi. Walking distance to lots of bars restaurants and karaoke bars. 15 minute walk to Tokyo Tower. If you go to the top or the tower you will get amazing views of Tokyo. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The rooftop bar is great for a drink at night with city views

Excellent hotel for the cost. Make sure to book a reservation ahead of time at the teamlab borderless digital art museum at the nearby Azabudai mall . A must see during your visit.

We booked this hotel based on the pictures and reviews and it did not disappoint. It was near the train station and walkable distances to malls. Although the weekend nightlife in the area can be loud the windows were soundproof. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had both a shower and separate large furo. I loved the lighting system. It had options to change the ambiance depending on your mood. The restaurant food was delicious and so was the service by both the restaurant and hotel staff. Mitsui has provided excellent service and has far exceeded my expectations. The rooms are delightful & comfortable with amenities that are top notch. Thank you to the staff of the Roppongi location for making my birthday stay so memorabilia!

Great stay close to Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Tower. There are plenty of places to eat and the Verve cafe across the street was excellent.

Nice and quiet. Excellent beds and duvet. Very updated and well kept. Very close to the subway.

Typical size for Tokyo lux room but well designed with all amenities. Daytime walk to Museums in Roppongi great. Nightime however you will run into some unsavory types, just ignore them. Also very close to a Donki that stocks decent liquor for gifts if you need them (floor 6).

a hidden gem at the quiet end of Roppongi, bars and eateries are few minutes away, very convenient location, 20 min ride to Haneda airport, Balcon is also great for drinks with a nice view at Tokyo Tower, the only downside was dripping water along the window pane after full day rain, our stuff left on the terrrace was all wet.

Everything was absolutely top notch! For those looking for a gym it’s a bit lacking but everything else couldn’t be any better. Enjoyed it here very much.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Our room showed small signs of wear and tear, but was clean and comfortable. Short walk to Roppongi station. Good coffee shop across the street.

The property was great. It was clean and it was a room was small. But the staff there was not great for a 4 star hotel. No service no help. There are also extra fees and rates upon arrival for your room. I asked for them to call me a taxi they said there will be - 200 service fee. Then I use used the Uber app. I have been to 2 other hotels in Japan and they never charge for a service fee. Everything is money money money. Their body wash and shampoo is in big bottles and not sealed properly or given travel size . After reading many news about hotel body wash and unknown substance that may go in, I would advice buying ur own or bring your own for this 4 star hotel.. The hotel breakfast was average. I would recommend eating near by and not in the restaurant.

Very close to train station. The staff where the most friendliness out of 3x other hotels we stayed in Taiwan. Very helpful and English was clear
