Nice little apartment with a great view of the Acropolis. The space is fairly small and compact but suitable for a short stay. It's located in a good location with a very easy walk to the Acropolis and the shops & restaurants in the Monastiraki area.
I booked the premium suite with a hot tub on the balcony, and my one complaint is that the owner should provide some bath and floor mats for people to wipe their feet off before entering the apartment. It would help them save on cleaning costs as well.

Very disappointed, do not stay there. No one to communicate. Room and building very stuffy can’t even breather. Very closed room.
There was no shower gel, bottle was empty.
No house keeping even if u are staying for 4-5 days, they charge you for that.
Only very small mirror in bathroom, no other mirror in the apartment.
No garbage pick up at all for your stay there.
Don’t waste your money, not at all recommended.
One of the worst places I stayed in.

Location was great. Loved the rooftop area. WiFi leaves something to be desired. We did get locked out once (code wasn’t working) but thankfully there happened to be cleaning staff on site at the time to assist us. Other than those two things we enjoyed our stay.

To the manager Please add more mirrors! :) As petty as it sounds 1 small mirror in the bathroom and nothing elsewhere is not suffice for folks doing their hair and makeup.
Rooftop space was wonderful.
Tons of dining options.
Bar across the street can get a bit loud at night but the double windows help muffle the noise.
Location is fantastic to local tourist locations.
I would definitely stay here again!

The check in was stressfull as there is no one at the property to provide access. Due to last minute reservations, we were not able to receive the check in prcess email . The contact info provided on expedia and google are both wrong.Once they found our last minute reservation, we were grated the code to enter the property and our room. The building itself is very clean and 2 bedrrom apartment was more than we expected. The kitchnette is equiped with necessary things and our stay was comfortable. The roof top has the most amazing city and ACROPOLIS views. Centrally located and walk to bars and restaurants.

We stayed 3 nights at the apartment. The location was wonderful. Although the area is quite popular and noisy at night, the apartment was quiet. Good bedding, availability of a washer and dryer in the basement, many nice restaurants and places to get breakfast or brunch. The communication was excellent although we didn't see anybody, but Lorena created a chat on WhatsApp and was super responsive and helpful!

Very clear instructions and super reliable hosts. The lofts are very comfortable and clean. Yes, there is a little bit of noise due to multiple bars around but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again here, totally worth it

First, if you google the address to the property you will see a 2014 shot of the property before it was developed. Ignor it. The property is new and shiny! Close to all with great dining options in the immediate area. Washer/Dryer on site is a plus. If your crew needs space know that this property is a bit on the intimate/smaller side. If you are an urbanite the club noise won't bother you. If you need silence to sleep this won't work for you. The property has double pained windows and is soundproofed. Oh and the roof is amazing. The view is just amazing. And the neighborhood vibe at night is lively and in the morning is chill. Lastly the communication was top notch for check in. It included videos on how to use various things throughout the apartment. They also arrange ground transportation so you don't have to worry about being cheated on the fare.

The location was perfect, with so many dining, shopping, and tourist attractions a stone throw away from the Lofts, our vacation was made that much easier! Stay here when in Athens, you won't regret it!

Location is great! View of the Acropolis is amazing at the Loft! Communication with management team was very responsive. The Loft was clean. There was a washer for laundry so that was perfect!

Beautiful property in a beautiful area. They said they hoped to exceed our expectations and they did. No words for the view of the Acropolis from the rooftop! Grab a drink and enjoy the views and sounds of Athens.

Very modern and clean! We were amazed by the detailed touches like a bottle of wine in the room and the view of the Acropolis is amazing! Recommended!

An absolute gem! Clean,spacious and the location can't be beat. The hosts were wonderful and communication was great. We stayed on the 3rd floor " Greco" which had 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and two balconies. The terrace on top of the building had amazing views of the Acropolis. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is amazing. It's located in the heart of Athens. The streets are full of bars and restaurants. Terrace at the top of the building (it has elevator) is just so cozy and has a really nice view of the city and the acropolis. Also, it's just 5 minutes walk to monateraski square. It's spacious, clean, beds are comfortable. Marietta is very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there when I return to Greece.

Location was the best. The property was excellent overall but the location can’t be beat. All the restaurants and bars were within 2 minutes of walking distance. Shopping was only 5-10 minutes away as well.

Communication with Panos was excellent from the outset and the use of remote technology (including a front and apartment key code) enables there to be no reception. The apartment is very well presented, architect designed, clean and well equipped. The space is very cleverly used with distinct bedroom, kitchen and lounge areas. The bathroom is generously proportioned with rain fall and hand held shower heads and plenty of towels are provided. The two beds were generous (we call them king-size in the UK) and comfortable with luxurious bedding. Thank you Panos.

New apartment close to metro and lots bars and restaurant near by . Howerer there was bar / event space across the street playing loud music that did not stop all night . Stay there 2 night on 2nd the bar/ event space was closed and we were able to sleep. Nice place to stay expect for the loud music
