Nice hotel excellent service

Great hotel friendly staff from the pick up from the airport to reception to everyone in the resort. Plenty of food choices with a great variety. Enough pools and beds for double the rooms.

The hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful housekeeping and staff. However, the individuals responsible for organising activities come across as a little peculiar. They only engage with guests if they are tipped, and they seem to overly pursue female guests for their social media and WhatsApp contacts. I hope they can maintain professionalism and focus on their responsibilities.

The hotel was great. The staff and housekeeping were very helpful. However, the employees in charge of activities were a bit odd. They only interact with guests if they receive a tip, and they seem to ask female guests for their social media and WhatsApp contacts in order to meet up with them at night. This behavior is unprofessional and needs to change.

Overall an excellent experience, staff helpful attentive, a special mention to Anya the housekeeper who kept our room spotless. Mohammad in the Italian restaurant, Massi in the outside terrace who runs this section faultlessly and finally Mustapha in the upstairs bar. A superb selection of food in the restaurants, everybody should be able to find something to eat. Just a couple of observations, the 220 rooms sold with a garden view, really do not have one just a service road and wall, think you need to be aware of this when booking. Plenty of sunbeds around the many pools, but people still reserve them with towels!.Feel that as the resort is selling as 5* the sunbeds should have cushions as after a while they do become a bit uncomfortable.

We loved the food this was a big thing for us when picking the place/ reading other reviews. Lots of options. Lots of nice tagines everyday for lunch and dinner- the only thing we would have loved to see is lamb as we love Moroccan style lamb. We had one evening in the al la carte Moroccan restaurant which was great. We had afternoon crepes at the beach bar which were made fresh by the lovely smiliest employee (I don’t know his name but he also made the fresh desserts in the evening too!) I also read a previous review which said the all inclusive drinks were watered down- I didn’t think that was the case a good choice of cocktails (I’d recommend the mojitos!). We loved the mint tea corner which was a great added touch. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained, it was right on the beach so was easy for us to go surfing. There are lots of stray dogs next to the beach but they didn’t cause us any trouble- they are just quite intimidating when they are in their packs. We payed extra for a ‘swim up room’ it was a nice 40cm Poole at the beach of the property but we honestly didn’t use it once. Lots of sports onsite and the entertainment team was very persistent but great Overall a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Everything about this resort is brilliant from the moment you get dropped off to the moment you leave.

Was not happy with the cocktails. They were not of good quality and alcohol was over diluted. Would have expected gowns and slippers in rooms.

Such a fun and relaxing stay! Drinks flowed and food was great, loved sunbathing and the room was beautiful! Biggest thank you to all the staff who were just wonderful, brilliant service from everyone in the hotel. A special thank you to the animation team (especially lovely Imane!) for making our stay so fun!

Close to the beach. Nice walk along the promenade. Food was good with plenty of options. The “special” Moroccan restaurant was not so special.

We had an excellent time here during our stay. The hotel is just as described and pictured; it is clean, spacious and there is lots to do. The staff are all extremely friendly and polite. The entertainment team worked very hard and would come over and make conversation and remember you. A shout out too to Mustapha for keeping our room clean and tidy each day. The only non 5* we have given is for the area because as soon as you step outside the back of the hotel or even if at the perimeter there are locals there trying to sell to you/ask for ‘gifts’; it felt safer to be inside the hotel. The other hotels further down the road did not seem to have this. Also the hotel app was not up to date with what the day and evening entertainment was which meant we missed activities.

First time in Agadir, great people, friendly and attentive service, super well kept and clean. Would recommend the Pickalbatros, excellent value and all round.

Amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was so smooth from arrival all the way to check out. I booked transfers through the hotel beforehand and Zehra was always very prompt in responding through the chat messenger. Also thanks to the reception team for always answering our questions and requests. Special thanks to Mustapha in housekeeping for keeping our room spotless every day! We will definitely be visiting again and recommending to family and friends

We were amazed at how good this hotel was.Layout was beautiful and gorgeous when lit up at night.Food was great with good quality and choice.The hotel is well kept and spotlessly clean.But what really makes this hotel is the most amazing,friendly and helpful team of staff.

Loved all the swimming pools and loungers around them; we often felt like the one we used was our own private pool as no one else was using it. Both rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the local beaches was great and the sunsets beautiful. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed sitting peacefully in the lobby area in the evenings and our A La carte meal in the Moroccan restaurant. Now the few niggly things: there was inconsistency with how the tables were laid out with cutlery. Often no spoons and we’d end up taking the small, plastic coffee stirrers. There wasn’t a proper system in place for the tennis court. The other thing about the court was that it was really small and it didn’t have proper drainage. Therefore when we’d had a day of rain, there were still puddles of water everywhere on it the following day. However, we were very grateful for the staff who were sent to try and clear it. Smoking was permitted in the main bar area which was very unpleasant ; also the outside eating area had no designated area for smokers.

The staff were superb, Hamza from Sachi restaurant, Aziz the concierge and Halima the cleaner,Front desk just to mention a few, the whole experiebce was good, the premises were clean and the food was good. Friendly enviroment

The property is nice, the location is fantastic, the food is great. The hotel staff provided excellent services, thanks to all them. We had amazing time, and we will come back again.

Great place to stay at

Considering this hotel was full, the lack of congestion around the resort makes it feel really special. The grounds are enormous so that no one is in each others way. We only stayed one night but had a really relaxing time. The staff were all super friendly and really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are very modern and well appointed.

A very beautiful property. Staff in the pool area was exceptional. The only disappointing factor I had was that I could not have my daughter and new son-in-law come to the hotel to visit me in my room. They did make the exception for one hour and I was thankful for that.

A nice resort, property is very well maintained. Food was great but Azha restaurant was a disaster, avoid it, we ended up leaving after two bites of beef couscous, the worst ever I had in Morocco, but the other buffet option was great. A lot of pools and very nice open air jacuzzis with great sitting area. Check in was average, staff had no smiles, didn’t feel any welcoming atmosphere, however the cashier was full of life and made up for all the sad faces at the reception. Room was very comfortable with all you need in a room. Snack bar around swimming pools served chicken nuggets, macaroni, tuna and chicken sandwiches with so so quality. Overall a great experience, will definitely recommend.
