It was a little pricey but given that it is fairly new the price is worth it I had a nice stay no issues

Customer service was great, room was clean and bed comfortable.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Rooms were in great condition and very clean. Very quiet stay and would definitely stay again. Pool was very heavy chlorine smell, to the point we could not use it, but everything else was great.

The desk clerks both upon arrival, and check out, were fantastic. Very engaging, welcoming, and friendly. The property has been refreshed; everything from the carpet, to the vanity, to the bathroom mirror seemed updated, and the bathroom fan actually exhausted all of the hot shower's humidity! The only disappointment we had was that the pillows were too soft and not supportive enough. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel was nice...loved the shower, comfortable beds, good choice of breakfast. Check in girl wasn't super welcoming but she was better at checkout. No real complaints.

This was a great stay, beautiful room and next to the Earl Brown convention for the wedding.

The staff was friendly, a bit noisy with some of the room la next to us.

Everything is perfect. We are just stopping for one night and the room and hotel have everything that we need. Nice and clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The room was very clean and nicely designed. Nice big show. Mattress was aging! Only disappointment was the breakfast. Food not hot and not tasty.

I booked King Suite through hotel.com, once I got to property they informed me that hotel.com overbooked & there were no King Suites available. My party was 2adults & 3children. We were put in a room with 2 double beds. Very inconvenient. I was in town for a wedding & we couldn’t find another room anywhere in area, so we had to take the small room. I go to take a shower & at first glance I thought it was a spider/roach but it was somebody lashes. The tv sounded very good but had no picture. I felt like why complain, they had already put 5 people in a little room? Call hotel.com & Kevin told me there was nothing he could do because Fairfield Inn told them that they wouldn’t be charging me for King Suite which I reserved but only for the little double room.

The place was awesome and Larry was awesome for his help in checking us in and out. Our room was very well tended and was beautiful. The pool was small and the breakfast buffet was missing forks our entire stay but those are the only issues we had.

It was great!

We arrived late after 9:30pm to find that our room had been overbooked. However the gentleman said they made a reservation at the hotel next door(upgrade) and at no cost. They were great and we had a great experience next door too!

The staff was amazing and the room was clean, big and met our expectations

We were placed on the side by the entrance, there was a group of 6 young men standing waiting for their ride loudly talking. It woke 2 of my 3 person party. There was a used washcloth on the shower curtain and the floor of the bathroom was noticeably dirty.

would be nice if there were a place to eat within the hotel

Breakfast had many options (oatmeal bar with toppings, eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, cereal, bagels). Plenty of gluten/dairy free options including DF milk and gluten free bagels which were great. Hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Only complaint was the pool was ice cold, so my kids wouldn’t use it.

Felt new and very clean.Only issue was not near any convenient restaurants as we did not have a car.

Clean newer hotel with good highway access. The small pool was cloudy enough we didn’t gamble on swimming in it. The gas firepit outside didn’t work. My wife asked about getting the firepit lit and the front desk person said it doesn’t work sometimes if it has rained. Breakfast was varied but not very appealing. Waffle maker or batter was an issue so everyone was tearing out what they could when it got stuck every time to make a plate of waffle scraps.

Great stay for the weekend. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, my husband liked the large tv. I liked that the maids came in and restocked bathroom towels and made the beds while we were gone. We don't leave any valuables in the room, so I wasn't worried about anything missing. Nice breakfast buffet. We didn't use the pool or weight room. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good. Room and inner areas were clean. Parking lot could use a once over. Shower control valve didn’t advance far enough to get more than mildly lukewarm. Reported that upon checkout and front desk person appeared to take prompt action to have it fixed.

Great Hotel, quiet. Good breakfast, well stocked. Friendly staff. The only downside are the plastic utensils for breakfast.
