Value for money are to low Exellent food in Das Grace

Everything was close to perfect except the gym.

Very very good hotel, everything is just perfect on this hotel.

The hotel has a great location right on the Flensburger Förde. It is about 2.5 miles to downtown, but that is easily covered by car or bicycle (about 10 min for the latter). It has all the typical attributes of a luxury hotel, but I would like to mention three areas where it really shines. Firstly, the entire staff, regardless of reception desk, restaurant or housekeeping, is amazing. They have a way to make you feel as if you are the only guest and nothing in their life matters more than making you feel comfortable. Secondly, the breakfast buffett (expectely with a lot of fish and seafood) is one of the best I have ever seen. Third, the combined indoor and outdoor pool is clearly first class. There was only one thing we were disappointed with: the hotel advertises having a gym. In reality this is made up of three rowing machines plus some boxing equipment. However, all the classic elements of a gym (treadmill, eliptical trainer, stationary bicycle) are missing, which impacted my daily exercise routine.

Nice hotel as expected for a 5*. Only complaint was that we had booked a habor view room, but the only view we had was to a hedge (except from the bed room). Staff very friendly, breakfast great, room great (except lack of habour view)

Amazing stay! Very service minded staff. Only small thing to improve could be a possibility buy some “easier” food in the bar - liike a burger, salad, pasta, pizza or a steak. Its the same card as the restaurant and not so “teenage” friendly. Rest was great. We really enjoyed everything. Great spa area and fantastic breakfast.

Pleasant and comfortable stay, very nice room, good chairs, desk to do a little work, comfortable bed, the breakfast was brillant. I did not try the spa, so cannot comment on that. I was on the top floor and really had a fantastic view out of the windows, but the window was so high up that I could not enjoy the view from a chair. As I had only one night, I had little luggage and therefore I had no problems from 2nd to 3rd floor where there was no elevator. So I had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed that I could stay until 12.

Hotel experiences does not get any better than this.

Fantastic hotel, the staff treats you, like you are their best friend. Food is excellent, world class coctails, our room was clean and beutiful. Lovely inside and outside pool. Large Sauna area and lots of relaxing areas at the Spa. Cant wait to go there again.

Like home just better

I really like this place everyone was friendly and knew english. You had to make reservation to the restaurant and sometimes i forgot to so i didnt eat. The food was real good. I will definitely recommend this place

Very comfortable high quality hotel - everything was fine, the food, the pool, the family pool, the room, the service, the breakfast. We never left the hotel - it’s located somewhat isolated by a marina - but there was no need to leave. We where relaxing and enjoying a 4 day stay with our 3 year old son. Only one thing bothered us - the 30 degrees Family pool got colder after two days - but since it was weekend it couldn’t be fixed, since the technician wasn’t available??
