Staff was excellent and courteous. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The shower curtains needed replacement. No liquid soaps by the sink. Nice breakfast place with outdoor seatings. Nice restaurant and bar.

Experience was perfect. Front desk was very accomodating, almost more excited than we were to stay. Got us checked-in, let us know of all the spots we needed to see and definitely made us comfortable.

Best place to stay in San Juan. Perfectly located near all the San Juan shopping, restaurants and of course the Mission. Comfortable upscale accommodations. They just need more storage in the rooms specifically the bathroom for one’s lotions and potions but all-in-all a great choice.

We had a family wedding they were so kind to keep the wedding cake in fridge ❤️ we were extra grateful for this .

Overall a great experience staying at this hotel. Pricey but it's right in the center of everything and the roomi had was spectacular. They add a $40 traveling fee but also give you the same amount in credit in their restaurants so it balances out. My biggest complaint was that it's hard to get reception inside the building and they don't provide free Wi-Fi.

The restaurant was fantastic. Our server (Jeff) was A , friendly with great recommendations. The suite we stayed in was perfect for the two of us and our baby. Had a great time, wish we could return sooner than later.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Inn at the Mission, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The grounds were stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for relaxation and leisurely walks. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made exploring the area hassle-free. I highly recommend The Inn at the Mission for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This and many other hotels have abandoned having a space heater in the bathroom. Should change that.

Housekeeping left dirty towels and dishes in room, room service delivered food with no silverware or napkin, final bill had charges on I didn’t make. Don’t think it is good value for what they charge and services.

This was honestly one of the nicest hotels I stayed in and I travel a lot. Mission/Spanish style done right. From the beautiful common spaces to the well equipped rooms. We were there on St Patrick’s day and it was a little crazy in the bar but that was expected. It’s close to all the cute town had to offer.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple’s weekend getaway even though we live only 15 minutes away. One thing to know is that the rooms are much smaller than other Marriott autograph collection properties. We chose a deluxe king room with balcony which literally points toward the parking lot and with night time freeway noise. If you are expecting to come to a resort with a comfortable and large room this is not the property you are looking for. On the positive side, the staff and guest services people are all top notch and the property very clean and tidy. The area couldn’t be better as you are within walking distance of excellent restaurants and activities. Just beware of the room size you choose!

My GF and I spent New Year’s at this hotel and it was just as we expected gorgeous very welcoming room very clean and breathtaking food was amazing staff very friendly and respectful we will be coming again soon 10/10

Outstanding service in a gorgeous setting reflecting the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Beautifully appointed, immaculate rooms, and very comfortable beds. We dined at Ysidora Restaurant . Food & service were top notch. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return. Great location for walking to explore the area. It was a lovely treat.

This is a lovely hotel, but guest services could be better. First, there is a $35 resort fee which is redeemable against food. I was not aware of this so was forced to pay the resort fee without getting the full benefits. 2. There is a spa on site but as a hotel guest, we are unable to use the facilities unless we book a spa service.
The reason I stay at a nice hotel with nice facilities is because I think I will be allowed access. So to be refused, particularly as I was staying 6 nights, was quite frustrating.
Overall, nice hotel but there are no perks.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! They upgraded our room to a suite because we were there for two nights for our wedding. There entire staff was so kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend visiting!!

This stay was one of the most relaxing short vacations I have ever taken. Lovely accoms, a delightful scent to greet you on arrival, Cordial and friendly staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Would definitely return.
