What a wonderful stay! Rooms are cute and comfy, had a cozy fireplace, and great coffee station. The outdoor courtyard with fire tables was lovely. Easy walk to downtown Flagstaff. We will definitely stay again!

This was one of the best travel experiences of my life. First of all, the property and our room were fantastic! Second, there were a few minor hiccups but they handled both with such Grace and perfection, we barely noticed. Third, the customer service was excellent. I would recommend to anybody.

Very clean and nicely appointed rooms. Very quiet during our stay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Large outdoor area with plenty of seating and gas fireplaces. Plenty of natural and artificial shade. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, but no noise from the frequent trains.

The room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. The grounds and buildings are very charming and cozy! I would definitely recommend this Inn if Flagstaff is the kind of town you want to visit and have a nice comfortable place to stay that is an easy walk to downtown.

The property and the room were impeccable and the person at the front desk was really nice. Every room was full but the property was still totally silent. Appreciated the surprise tub and bath salts. The mattress wasn't great for our backs, but not outside what is pretty typical even for high end hotels, so I think we're just getting old. Would definitely recommend to others and come back ourselves. Totally worth the splurge.

Such a beautiful inn. Our room felt like a home with plenty of space, lovely, tasteful decor and super comfortable beds. There was a separate living room area with pull out sofa that my 6ft son said was very comfortable. Loved the unexpected counter space and mini frig with coffee/tea station and extra storage. Great area with shops and restaurants nearby. Wonderful neighborhood feel with classic arts and crafts/craftsman style architecture. Wish we had been able to stay for more than one night. Highly recommend. Staff was very responsive and welcoming.

The property was gorgeous and spotless. The staff was lovely and informative. The view from my room was lovely and the people the hotel attracted were lovely! I had the best time and loved the space. I will definitely stay there when in Flagstaff in the future!!!
