Nice clean room and quiet. Inexpensive but nice!

The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. It appears to be under new management or recently SOLD because the sign was covered and we had to use the address to find the hotel. Also, there is no breakfast onsite as the restaurant is closed. Basically, it was understaffed and underserviced.

The price was really nice, the service personnel and receptionist were nice but window frame was loose

Given a dirty room at first that had other people stuff in it and no bedding on beds, given a new room, also very dirty. Front desk blamed Expedia for booking the room. It’s not Expedias fault you didn’t clean your rooms. All outside door to hotel were broken and propped open. Very awful smell and here was not even named the same as the booking. Don’t recommend staying here

Very clean room and was very surprised at how comfortable the bed was. Will definitely stay again if i ever need to spend the night in Sandpoint again.

Great location and great staff. Good value for price. Our room was on the main floor and one bed is literally a few feet from the road! Traffic noise is an issue.

The place needs updated and hopefully the new company will be doing that. It was not worth the weekend rate that’s for sure.

Pool was closed. One of the two rooms didn't smell all the way fresh. I'd go back.

Beds r comfortable, rooms were clean, friendly and helpful staff. Very well kept. They were lacking a place to charge phones and no breakfast. Office had vending machine and they have an ice machine. For a quick over nite stay all was good!

First of all, I'd like to point out that the name of this hotel has changed. When the cab arrived to drop me off, the name on the sign said America's Best. I arrived from the Amtrak Station after 3 a.m. and there was someone available at that ungodly hour to check me in. The handicapped bathroom was inadequate due to the shower head not working properly. The shower head did not fit the into the bracket and could only be held in the hand, leaving only one hand to hold the safety rail. I pointed this out to the front desk staff and she said she would let the maintenance man know about it. The restaurant that used to be connected to this location is out of business and the only close restaurant is Jack-in-Box. But there is a nice diner (Connie's) about a half mile walk away, if you're there without a vehicle and are able to make the walk. Fortunately my stay was in summer, so the weather was perfect.

Basic motel needing a lot of renovations. Should try and focus on easy customer service like fresh towels daily to make up for the state of the hotel/room.

Hotel was very old smelled musty, you could hear every step of the room upstairs. Air conditioner was a wall unit like a house one cut into the wall. Very loud and cut in 2-4 times an hour. Rust came out of the shower pipes when turned on shower

Location is good. Place is much older and tired than advertised. Yes there was a pool and hot tub, but with no water in them! Thin walls, no amenities.

Staff are friendly and love their jobs! They were great to deal with.

Dynamic Hotel in Sandpoint is okay for a 1 or 2 night stay. It’s the only affordable hotel close to city happenings during the peak season. Some rooms are kind of strange. Ours didn’t have windows. Over all it’s clean and accommodating. Friendly staff.

This is an older property but sound. Advertised having a pool and hot tub. That it does they just are not working. Room was comfortable and clean older but OK.

This hotel was labeled dynamic by hotel inn on Expedia but it is an Americas best in real life so that was a bit confusing. The front desk lady was very nice despite being super busy, she was handling it very well! The hotel itself has the weirdest layout, I think it used to have exterior doors but now it’s enclosed but still very weird looking! The rooms were very clean, good cold AC unit except it was super loud. The beds weren’t very comfortable but not terrible. I would stay here again if it was $80 or so but not $175. I think prices were increased because it was a very popular weekend in Sandpoint with lots of events going on.

We stayed at this hotel while we went to Silverwood. It was in an ideal location to get to and not too far from Silverwood. It was very reasonable for the cost. The only two flaws on this hotel would be the parking & the bathroom in the rooms. The shower is the same size as a trailer washroom and the door was so hard to close. The front staff were amazing to deal with and so informative. Overall this hotel was great and very reasonable for the cost.

Pool drained. No breakfast or coffee.

The a/c needed to be changed to heat as we had a cool spell. TheA/C is a window-tyoe located near the ceiling in a far corner. No remote. The employee remived her shores, climbed onto the bed to adjust it. Mind you, bare feet on turned down sheets! Needless to say, i slept in the oher bed!. The shower had no cover over the drain. Just a hole viewing a dark, rusty hole. I kept wondering if something was going to come out and scare me...creepy. The employees were very helpful,polite andprofesdional (except for the bare feet on the clean sheets. The room smelled borderline moldy. Stale air. Hottub, out of order. I didnt try the TV.

A modest hotel located on a busy, major highway. Seems to be under new ownership, since "Americas Best" identification sign was temporarily attached to the original sign. Pool was empty and attached restaurant was permanently closed. But I had no complaints about our comfortable, clean room. It is a good overnight spot on our way to next destination. Front desk was friendly. Within easy driving distance of downtown Sandpoint.

Front desk was great. Room was not great. Sliding door was open upon arrival. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool and hot tub not working. Ice machine not working.

Comfy beds. Tired property. Clean. Not particularly quiet between rooms. But for the price, I’d stay here again, enjoy the savings to spend out on the town. Walking distance to downtown, close to restaurants and shopping.

Nice enough for the price. Shower was not for handicapped but they didn't advertise as such so no harm, no foul.
