Great service

Great Hotel with spectacular view to the Launch Sites at Kennedy Space Center. Breakfast Buffet is really good with a good Choice. Next time in this Area we will stay again here.

I did not know the property was near a railroad as I heard trains coming and going during the night. It was a great place to stay.

Sadly it appears they are short staffed we stayes 12 days and room.was cleaned once and not properly sheets missing etc

Room was neat and tidy but little attention is required in basic amenities like shampoo and body wash to be refilled as they were empty.The property was well maintained.

Great place to stay close to the space center. It was incredibly convenient and they even let us have an early check in. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to the space center.

One of the nicest places we have stayed!

The only friendly staff was the morning breakfast cooks. The day manager was cold and distant. Did corporate hotel bookings for a living. This place needs work.

Breakfast was very good, you have to get down early to enjoy all the breakfast. Lots of space to spread out with large families. Staff very polite. Nice big TV and great view of the Space Station Area.

Very friendly staff, room was very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Cereal, toast, bagel ok, eggs and sausage links were not good. No waffles as listed on site. Would absolutely stay here again, just don’t count on breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty with many optims . Thank you for having a non dairy milk available!

The staff was exceptional, despite the fact that it was a few hours past check in and they did not have rooms ready. They went above and beyond to do what they could to meet the needs of the guests.

We got a long suite for our 5 year anniversary, as we were doing the sunset/bioluminecense kayak tour nearby. The staff was so incredibly sweet & thoughtful!!! Manuel at the front desk was the absolute sweetest!!!! He made us a Happy Anniversary sign for our room, swan towels that made a heart, & lots of special goodies to snack on!!!! What a nice surprise!!! We loved our visit & would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

All ok , but A/c too loud..

The room itself is great. Very spacious, comfortable beds, clean. I have 3 complaints, the first 2 are smaller and not deal breakers but the 3rd is the reason we won't be back. 1st, the pillows are fluffy but when you lay on them they squish down to virtually nothing. Even with 2, there's no enough support. 2nd, the shower head is ULTRA low flow, I actually have to take a much lower shower than normal because it takes so long to rinse off once you are soaped up. And lastly, the breakfast here is abysmal. The drinks are either not out when you go down, or gone already when you get there. The food choices were terrible, very little. Just fake scrambled eggs and sausage every day, cereal, or nasty tasting oatmeal. If you want pancakes or waffles, you have to pay for them at the bar/restaurant. No yogurt either which most continental breakfasts have. The milk for the cereal just gets put into pitchers, and sits out for who knows how long at a time. They had some bagels which were decent, bread for toast, and mini muffins which weren't very good either. If you go out for breakfast, it's a decent hotel, but we weren't interested in the extra expense for all 4 of us for that.

Nice stay

The room is clean and spacious. The pool is small. The area of Titusville is boring. We stayed here to get on a cruise. Next time we will just stay 1 night. The free breakfast is adequate can’t complain because is free. Strongly recommend the hotel.

The door was open when we arrived to our room. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there was hair all over the shower and the sink was dirty. The nightstand had water marks on it along with crumbs. Bed was made and we did have fresh towels.

Good customer service!

We liked the cleanliness, staff professionalism, respect and courtesy. We disliked the breakfast choices, especially that they serve the same every day and not kid friendly options available other than cold cereal, no pancakes, waffles or bacon.

Few breakfast choices and they were quite terrible, probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in this chain

I checked in to be given a room that was already occupied. I had requested the first floor and ended up on the third floor. We had three occupants and only two towels. No coffee. No, do not disturb sign. Linen felt like cardboard. Would not recommend

A little bit floors dirty. It seems like lack of staff. Fruits in breakfast mushy.

It was ok, nothing special but was convenient for me to get to cruise terminal on time.

Super hotel, lovely staff and perfectly located for cape canaveral.
