The property was very nice, but the breakfast was second rate. pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches were offered, but no other hot options other than waffles.

Rooms meant for overnight stay. Very limited room to store or hang many clothes.. Battery was low in remote control.

We stayed at this hotel with our softball team. We asked if we could get the OU football game on and the front desk clerk wouldn’t turn it on for us. The majority of us had to clean our bathrooms due to them being dirty. The beds were not comfortable at all.

This hotel was convenient for where I needed to be for business. It has a nice fitness center.
Only issue was one elevator was "down" so there was a little bit of a wait on the one remaining. This hotel appears newer so that elevator issue was surprising.

Beds and pillows need a serious UPGRADE! The mattress was HORRIBLE. lumpy, uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the service was great, nice breakfast, and very friendly staff

Toilet did not flush at all. Was able to get it going a little after I borrowed a plunger as they had no night maintenance. Only had one towel for shower. When I went to front they said they were out of towels but would get some in the morning. I went to the gym and picked up 2 smaller towels that I used whole my wife used the full sized one. Not a great experience for the price!

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job in cleaning. The shower had a bar of soap and a top of a razor left on the shelf in the shower. There was also something written on the glass of shower

The water pressure was extremely low in the shower. Stayed at this hotel before and it was a none issue. Don’t know why it was problematic this stay.

This hotel was extremely clean and very quiet. The beds were so soft and the staff was amazing, professional and very polite which is so hard to come by these days. Will definitely be back next time through!

Jennifer the front desk clerk was the most helpful and nice clerk ever! The pool was great and the breakfast was better than average. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. But when I brought it up to Jennifer she handled it in the best way. I’d stay here again just because of her nice and professional attitude.

Please keep the liquid soap filled in the bathroom. The bottle in the shower was completely empty. My suggestion is get rid of the liquid soap and invest in a decent bar of soap for washing yourself in the shower.

The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast was ok. The problem came to the room. Particularly bathroom. The shower curtain was barely inch covering rim so water poured over floor. We had to use towels to clean water. Then apparently the hotel only cleans rooms every other day. Instead of bringing us towels, I had to take our towels to front desk to exchange.

I highly recommend this hotel. This is one of the nicer hotels by Marriott we’ve been to. The front desk manager at check in was wonderful. I wish I’d caught his name. Great sense of humor even being completely full for the balloon festival. If we ever come back for an event this will be where we book again. Couldn’t ask for better. Clean, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Love it.

This is the nicest property in Shawnee, and I always stay here when I am in town.

The hotel its self was nice. The service was not. I never told them I did not want my room cleaned and fresh towels. Don’t like having to take my dirty towels down to desk and get fresh ones after being gone all day and come in late to dirty room and not clean towels .
