Charged me for internet!!??? They have free regular internet or extra for high speed internet. We didn't ask for high speed internet but, we got it anyway. View from the room and the general area was somewhat disappointing.

When I checked in, the key card worked byt the door would not open. Had to go down to front desk & they assigned another room. Ice maker did not work on the 4th floor. Had to go down to the erd floor.

I travel to this hotel regularly (nearly monthly) for personal travel.
Management recently changed and the vibe of the hotel is no longer upbeat or even happy. I was sad to see the usual staff gone, food quality dropped, and a constant flow of FoxNews on the TV. Regardless of your political position I think we can agree that we should go back to Good Morning America.
I hope they turn this around soon!

This was our second time staying there and the first time the pool was closed. Now when we stayed here again it was closed again! That was our main thing to go to spend time in the pool as a family. I asked for a refund since that is why we were there and they didn't have all the amenities but I did not hear anything back from them. I am very unhappy about our stay. Our whole family was really upset we had to work on getting our spirits back up to have fun. Their breakfast was not good at all. We could have stayed at a better hotel for less money per night with a pool and good food. The one we usually stay at you can make your own waffles. This place has waffles but it's in a plastic sealed bag and has absolutely no flavor. I realize I maybe should have called to see if the pool is open but why would you not think it isn't open? I feel it was in there best interest to let the people know that we're planning on staying there that the pool is closed, I think that would be just common courtesy!

Staff was nice. There was a hole in the ceiling over toilet ..looked like it had been there.the fridge was not plugged in. We got moved to another room . The phone was unplugged from wall. The soap in bathroom in shower was empty. Aside from that everything else was good

Bed was very uncomfortable. Pull out mattress was about 1 inch thick and terrible for sleeping on. Broken shower ledge with exposed edges. Apple juice machine at breakfast had bugs in it. SUPER disappointing and not at all how the previous reviews described

Breakfast was abysmal. Mold on the bottom of the muffin and two types of sausage that neither tasted right. I would have been better off getting fast food. Disappointed considering the price of the room.

We had another hotel cancel our reservations, so we were able to book this at the last minute. Was a bit further away than our other hotel but WAY BETTER for the money. Blessing in disguise.

The hotel and staff were great, our requests were handled quickly. Breakfast was very good. Common areas were clean and available whenever we needed them.
The room doors were exceedingly heavy. My 90 year old aunt had difficulty and my wheel-chair bound father could not open the door to their room at all. Additionally, the handicapped accessible room was not particularly wheel chair friendly other than the doorway into the bathroom and the roll in shower. There was precious little room for actually maneuvering the chair within the room itself. Traveling with accessible needs is always a challenge, and this hotel had some hits and some misses. Overall, I would stay here again.

Family reserved multiple rooms. In one room, Air conditioner not working at all. No maintenance to repair. in other room door handle / locks not functioning properly. Locked in room.

Hotel is new (opened in 2020) and very nice. Everything is very clean and modern. Breakfast is very standard (but, hey who can complain about a free breakfast). There are multiple options around if you choose to dine out. Overall very good experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was super friendly, very clean hotel and rooms. Up to date. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Bed was beyond uncomfortable! Spend the money Marriott and buy better beds! For this reason i would not recommend nor will I stay at again.
