We stayed at a “5 star hotel” rug and couch were very dirty.

Great room with an incredible view. The staff is nice - everything with a smile.
The location is terrible. Not walkable at all. With traffic and inability to easily access Uber by hotel, it’s just not conducive to a vacation. Not for day stuff and definitely not for night entertainment. We switched hotels it became so inconvenient.
Restaurant is average at best and while the staff is nice, they have little to know training in being a waiter. Just an unorganized mess.
Truly unfortunate.
But the reviews, were spot on, I should have trusted them.

The accomodation was ok, comfortable and clean. However, they would charge you 100 US dollars for any guest that visits you, even if you paid for 2 guests or if it was only for a moment. That was very shady and not in their rules online when booking. The front desk claimed that this was the new management policy.

The property was amazing but the housekeeping wouldnt replace our towels. We kept calling downstairs several times almost daily. We stayed 1 week. The Breakfast was okay. Looked better than what it tasted.

Our stay was just okay. The property and lobby is nice. The gym is small and okay. The pool was always closed or getting cleaned so we didn’t get to use it. Our room appeared clean but the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. We requested they be changed and even the new sheets were stained. Our towels were stained as well and the shower had spots of black mold in the crevices of the tiles. The TV worked the first night but not the rest of our stay and they never fixed it. They were sure to knock on our door every day bright & early to check the mini bar though. Would recommend elsewhere to stay but good place if you are booking last minute on a budget.

Nice place to stay in medellin close to everything. Definitely i will go back. The only issue i recommend not to add the breakfast included because it's not good at all and they are plenty of restaurants around.

I recently stayed at York Luxury Suites in Medellin, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is exactly as advertised—luxurious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff making sure every detail was perfect.
A special shoutout to Fran, the bartender at the rooftop bar, who was amazing. He made my experience even more memorable with his excellent service and great cocktails. The heated rooftop pool is fantastic, offering a stunning 360-degree view of Medellin. It's the perfect spot to unwind and take in the city's beauty.
The hotel’s restaurant is also a highlight, offering delicious meals that matched the overall excellence of the stay. I highly recommend York Luxury Suites for anyone visiting Medellin.

I booked one night here at the property. I have a receipt and a confirmation number and they would not allow me to check in from Expedia in over 15 years of traveling and using Expedia. I’ve never had a hotel tell me they can’t check me in over an hour I waited at the front counter and they still cannot help me, I want to leave. I booked another hotel paid more money and then they miraculously found me a room after I paid for another hotel so I paid double the money they do not speak English at the counter and they were very unwilling to help

Great Hotel, Only issue was the replenishment of the bathroom soaps lotion etc.
the bath soap was thick on our first night, however after room service the next day, the bath soap had a watery consistency it was as if they added water to it. We were there 6 nights and the lotions shower caps were never restocked.
Just a side note:
I had a discount from Expedia that they did not accept.
There was no complimentary water and everything in the minibar had a price tag.

My friend’s and I loved this hotel. Very clean, beautiful, nice rooftop. The employees at the front desk are really nice and kind. My only gripe was breakfast is pretty pricey and honestly not that great. The staff at breakfast also treated us like we were going to skip out on paying for breakfast which was pretty weird considering they had our room numbers. Strange interaction but I just let it be. Other than that perfect place to stay in Medellin
