My room wasn't available at 3p as stated. After driving across town to hotel was advised there it wouldn't be ready until 4:30p. I had a 4p reservation at restaurant w/family so I couldn't wait. The did paperwork but wouldn't give me the keys so at 10p I had to go back to desk get keys get the room unpack ect all with 2 kids. There late cleaning of rooms was very inconvenient for us. However room was fine. Very clean, minimalist room. No frills but clean & comfortable.

We were surprised that the quality was so 5 star, at a not so 5 star price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent all around. But if I was forced to complain, the bathroom floor should have been wiped cleaner. I picked up something off the floor. It was a pubic hair (not mine). Ugh

Frankie was very welcoming and informative. The room was spotless and comfortable. The hotel was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I make this trip yearly so will be staying here every time.

Quick overnight. First time staying at Avid and I was very impressed. Clean, very comfortable and friendly staff. And the coffee was delicious!

The room and property was amazingly clean...no stank or bugs and felt safe inside and out. The folks working there were all helpful and friendly. Best damn stay in a hotel stateside I have had in years! Would recommend for sure.

We truly enjoyed our stay it was clean, the room and bathroom were clean. Love that they provided dove body wash. The breakfast was okay, I love the 24 hr coffee. My son & daughter were happy to be able to get in a quick workout in the gym. I would stay at this hotel again!

We’ve stayed here twice and each time the staff have been super friendly. The rooms are as pictured and very clean. Very convenient to the highway. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel seems very new and probably is. It is nicely decorated, and the rooms are sleek and efficient. I really enjoyed the numerous options to place luggage, which included built-in benches. The room did not have a coffee maker, which is not a problem since excellent coffee is available in the lobby, together with great options for a grab and go breakfast.

This hotel is very modern, very clean, and the service was excellent. Their breakfast bar had a huge choice and we loved the coffee made with fresh ground beans. It was also pet friendly and their pet fee was half of what other hotels in the area charged, making it an economical choice as well.

Under top family-friendly amenities, it says “sound proofed rooms.” Tell that to the guests above us who sounded like they were playing roller suitcase slalom at 1 a.m. Tell it to the people next door who were talking all at once at the same volume. Loud. You shouldn’t walk into a room tired and leave exhausted.

I have stayed here several times. The staff is excellent and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. There isn’t much around but plenty of stuff to do near by. My daughter is a student at RMC so we stay often.

The front desk staff were very nice and professional. The location for our visit was perfect. The hotel was very clean. We had one issue but it could have happened to anyone (and anywhere). The shower knob… malfunctioned. The knob was stripped and it was hard to turn on and then we couldn’t turn it off. The front desk clerk came to fix it but it was beyond anything he could do. He did offer to move us or wait until the morning. We didn’t want to move so we just waited it out. The head housekeeper came through the next morning and fixed the shower knob! Out of everything, I was more impressed by just that.

Staff were extremely helpful. Room was comfortable. Having and indoor pool, which is mainly why I chose the hotel was not heated and jets didn't work. It appeared to have skin cells floating around and wasn't filtered.

We booked a room last minute after a music festival we we attended ended early. After sleeping in a tent for 3 days, it was just what we needed! Best shower of our lives! The bed and pillows were very comfy. Funky style but clean and comfortable, and perfect for a quick stay. They had a lot of snacks and drinks available. Franky at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!
