I've never stayed an Even hotel and probably won't ever again. We were very disappointed in our hotel and room. When we arrived the front desk person was not inviting at all, the lobby was extremely loud and it was after 10pm. Then we arrived in our room it was a handicapped room after I booked a regular room. The room was stained, smelled of urine, and the furniture was in disrepair. We only stayed one night wven though we booked two.

Everything was amazing. I do reccommend to have more than 1 person working at the dinning area. He did everything on his own, bartending, cooking, taking orders, and serving. He was excellent at it and it seemed unfair that it was only him. That is doing 3 jobs at once, really cruel to him.

Surprisingly nice! I didn't expect much when I came but it was clean and sleek. I love the workout theme in the room and definitely an amenity I didn't know I needed.

This was a good stay although we only stayed on night. It was quiet and in a good location. They are also respectful in locating my Bose earphone. When I called to ask them about them. They describe them to me and told me we had them. Now we know Att any other location they would have not been there. Thank you soo much

We were at this hotel when Hurricane Beryl struck. The hotel staff was very helpful but were limited with what they could do due to power outage. I think the hotel should consider installing generators for backup power. I can imagine what it would be like if they were without power for several days and had guests trapped in the hotel without food or power. We were fortunate that we were able to venture out after a few hours to buy food at Walmart.

The room itself was clean as far as the bar surfaces. The hotel lobby and hallways were dirty. It did not look like same day dirt. Oh, and I had bedbugs. The man at the front desk has the nerve to insist I mixed bed bugs up with water bugs..🙄

I really enjoyed this property, I liked that it isn’t directly off of the freeway. The only thing I did not like was the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation in the hallways and in the rooms by you. Due to this I did have a hard time sleeping.

There is no gym or arcade. The pool was cloudy and disgusting. There was no food or restaurants despite paying for breakfast and lunch. The hotel says pet friendly but they try to charge you 95 dollars upon arrival. The toilets were broken and they charged our bill for “smoking” and it was 500 after we checked out with no issues in our room and no one called to ask. Horrible and disgusting. Do not waste your time.

I feel the property it’s not keep clean specially the bathrooms the room has a bad odor I had a bad experience, the room it’s pretty loud you can hear people talking and slamming doors at 1 am the only good thing was the staff they were pretty helpful and friendly

I actually loved the property. I never knew it was there. I only wish breakfast was served a little earlier.

They cleaned my room but never replaced the coffee supply including cups. The bathroom body soap dispenser was empty.
I reported all issues to the front desk. Thwy assured me that the staff would take care of it. Nothing was done. The floor in the bedroom felt dirty and un vacuumed.

We've had a few storms living here in the Houston area. This is always our go to hotel when we need to get out of the heat when the power is out. Hotel is always clean and staff is very friendly. Only issue, they need to make sure the bathroom is fully stocked; that always seems to be an issue. Overall, happy with this hotel; will stay again when there is another major power outage.

Hotel said it was "pet friendly." Well, this is the very first time we had to pay $75.00 for one single, small dog pet. $75... Seriously wrong... Not pet friendly whatsoever.. Very disappointed

I liked the room. It’s hard to find something I didn’t like, if I had to say something the shower door was slightly off track. Overall very impressive property. I had never heard of the EVEN hotel brand before but I’d recommend it to visiting guests now after the stay.

When we arriver around 6pm to check, I couldn't find any staff at the front desk for a good 8 min. I finally went walking around and found a housekeep and she called some to come the front desk. The was not dirty, but it had a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom has a sewer smell to it. It did rain a lot during our stay so that could have been the cause.
