Mediocre stay. Hotel was nice enough but carpet in room and both elevators was stained badly, and room carpet was frayed. The in room heating/cooling unit vents were very dirty and full of mildew. Staff at front desk was not very friendly, but they were helpful.

They ran out of normal caffeinated coffee and bacon. Only decaf and some kind of sausage. That also ran out of green tea. Staff is very friendly and some have been there a long time. The hotel is really clean, too. Not sure why the management is unable to keep normal guest staples in stock.

The front desk lady double-charged me for my room because I believe she didn’t know what she was doing. She kept telling me her computer froze so I had to swipe my card 4 times to cover “accidentals” but really charged me for a whole room, when I had an already paid online reservation. It took me 20 minutes to check in when it should have only been 5. She didn’t even have me sign anything, I’ve always signed when checking into a hotel. However the next morning as I getting ready to check out, I went to talk to the front desk after noticed being double-charged. The gentleman was very very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. He assured me I’d be refunded from the transaction during check-in and he’d take care of the rest.

I understand the property is pet friendly. I get it, I love animals; however, I did not care for the dog barking wake up call from 2 doors down. Please consider breaking off a section for the critters; especially the noisy ones.

In town for a concert and needed 2 rooms. They were on the higher end, price wise, but that is to be expected with a few events going on. Super clean hotel, great front desk staff in the afternoon/evening, decent breakfast and everything was smooth. I would definitely stay here again when having something to do in Milwaukee.

I've stayed at this location before. The staff is always fantastic. I was on the first floor this time, and it was surprisingly quiet. My biggest complaint is the carpet was stained, and there was mildew in the shower. Otherwise, the rest of the facility was nice!!

Limited cable channels. No premium channels. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. When you looked out the window all you saw was I-94.

Had reserved a suite so we would have 3 beds. Upon opening the sleeper we discovered a large stain, making it unusable for sleeping. When the front desk was notified, they were very apologetic and only charged me for a regular room. Overall, a nice place to stay and my issue was resolved in a professional manner.

Breakfasts were great. Room was lovely and clean. Stayed 3 nights. First day, housekeeping never stopped in. Second day, I took garbage to housekeeper and got extra towels. The housekeeper was rather rude--didn't even smile or thank me for doing her job. Different housekeepers the last day. They and sll other staff were friendly and more than helpful.

Hotel stay was good. It was low key and not crowded. It felt safe. It was clean and managed well.
Breakfast was good and kept up. It is close to the highway and is not too far from most of the Milwaukee attractions.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The room had a slight wet dog smell that I suspect was from a previous guest that had a dog. I believe this was an isolated incidence.
The AC worked and you were able to adjust it. No motion sensors or other gimmicks.
Room curtains were actually a blind that really kept the light out in the morning. Best set up I have seen in a hotel.
You should be good staying here. It is comparable or better than many hotels I have stayed at. I would stay here again.

nice room, easy to get to hotel from I 894 near hwy 100. The room was great, we could hear noise from the freeway, but that didn't really bother us. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, parking was convenient great value.
