A bit hard to find when come by Hiroshima JR station Lawson next to the hotel is a bonus

It was what we expected. It's very well located, 5 minutes walking from Hiroshima station. From there and if you are using JR pass there are buses to take you aroubn the city and the main touristic attractions. The breakfast is good with some variety to choose. The room was confortable

The room we had at the Toyoko Inn Hiroshima shi Shinkansen-Gucci No. 2 was very nice. It was large enough to be functional, but was not a very large space. The beds are firm. The rooms are clean - towels replaced daily and rooms cleaned after a couple of days. The breakfast Buffet was very nice with both Japanese and Western foods available. All typical amenities available to include green tea and ume (plum) tea. The few drawbacks are that the lobby is setup for the breakfast crowd - the furniture is not designed for guests to go to the lobby with a good book and relax while others sleep. Also, coffee service is only available during breakfast hours. One last note - when you exit the station, you will see a large Toyoko Inn sign on the top of the building. This is No.1, not No.2. If you go to No.1, they will direct you to No. 2.

There was limited space for breakfast (not enough for all cumstomers), but we were able to take meal back to our rooms. This was bad point and good point.

Small room but manageable

Very close to Hiroshima station, clean, kind staff. Great for some days if you wish to visit Hiroshima and Miyajima. Extremely good price!

The reception, Takezemu was a friendly and helpful lady in giving us the sightseeing directions. She was welcoming us when we arrived at noon and the next morning she was there again when we checked out. This hotel has a bigger bed with bright and lot more lights and the nice free breakfast. Walking distance from Hiroshima station.

Great location near Hiroshima station. Friendly staff with good English. Nice view from floor 13. Full size bath able to soak tired feet and legs after long day walking. Included Japanese breakfast each day. Found the mattress very hard.

The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. I never saw such a small bathroom. The toilet was so small! The only good thing was the free breakfast and the number of convenience stores nearby. We had a really hard time finding this place, The staff was friendly but I’m never staying there again. It was too small to be relaxing.
