Wonderful!, we had lunch at the bar on a whim. Chatted with the staff and went on a short tour. We left to go check in our Vrbo. Had an awful experience with that so I checked to see if Naples had a room . They did! The entire experience was perfect check in was easy , very clean , it was a welcome , relaxing , at home feel. We will be back !

So, first time I am leaving a review, ever. We stayed in the same place like 10 years ago or so, from a Friday to a Saturday night, it was not great on all accounts, and I did not see myself coming back. But something amazing happened since, the whole place transformed to an amazing local hotel with still being THE local hotel. I want to congratulate the owner team to a successful renovation without overdoing it, to great staff that were truly helpful and friendly, and to amazing food. The food and the menu are outstanding. The breakfast bar in the mornings for guest is just what one needs, coffee, fresh fruits, yogurt, baked good. Just right. Thank you for a great stay

Hotel Naples was lovely, very clean, close to restaurants, and brewery. Easy parking too..I will be back.

The window facing the bed needs a light-blocking shade. There is NO WAY to sleep with all that light, directly in our eyes. We were left with only two partial rolls of toilet paper for a two night stay, and had to purchase toilet paper. (I have NEVER had this happen before in all the places I have stayed and in all the countries I have been - very annoying.)

The building is beautiful and the room was charming. Everything was extremely clean and we loved the personalized touch of the welcome card. We would definitely stay here again!

The Naples Hotel is a charming property with clean rooms. The contactless check-in was seamless and easy.

We enjoyed the historic ambiance of the hotel and our room, bathroom, and sitting area were terrific. Staff is on premises some of the time but were only a phone call away. Comfortable bed and couch; antique furniture was a nice touch. I'd stay here again.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and within walking distance of some great restaurants. Checkin was seamless, and our suite was comfortable and spotless. Definitely enjoyed the 2nd floor balcony! Would love to come back for a longer stay in the fall.

A lovely hotel in a quiet town. Our suite was large & accommodating for our overnight stay. Less than a 1/2 hour drive to CMAC to see our favorite bands. Definitely will stay here again!

Great little downtown Naples hotel! The new owners are doing a great job remodeling it and we're looking forward to a return visit to enjoy a dinner and bar visit. We had a wonderful time. The owners were very responsive and clearly enjoyed their roles as proprietors. We will definitely return!!

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The cafe across the street was great for morning coffee, although the room had a coffee maker and k cups as well. The porch and balcony were great to relax and watch the old-timey street. Lots of great restaurants around also.

We didnt realize this place was on the list to be haunted until we got there! The property was beautiful and clean. We appreciated all of it. Thank you fot a wonderful experience while we were attending a wedding!

Very nice big comfortable beautifully decorated room. Only needs more outlets and a place to hang clothes to be near perfect. Happy weekend in Naples. Now if the bar was open, it might be another story…

We wanted our stay at the Naples to have given us quaint memories. However, there were a few little things that we didn’t care for. “Contactless” was not an option. As an older couple, it would have been appreciated if help had been on hand. Parking was either on the street (2 hrs only from 9 to 6) or in the municipal lot up the hill. There was no cable or satellite TV. There were no closets.

I absolutely loved my stay here.... the rooms are very spacious and they also had a note and chocolate welcoming me.. i had a code to get in the front door and into my suite. We met the owners the following morning and they were absolutely fantastic!! I highly recommend this hotel!!
