This Hotel didn't replace the bedspread for a week. The shower room was overflowing with water, and the windows didn't open, so I couldn't ventilate.

Nice and modern - bathrooms not the most practical. Still very recommendable!

There was a problem with the bathroom; when you bath the water flows out of the bathing area to the rest of the room. It's really not cool

Location right across from the central train station was verz convenient for us! Room is small, but very clean and we were satisfied with the stay. WiFi connection works well as does the air conditioning.

Short trip to Venlo, easy access from Düsseldorf airport. The hotel is located in the centre of Venlo with walking distance to everything. Nice cosy, friendly place. Only downside is its hard to find parking.

Definitely one of the best stay and experience in Venlo, The Netherlands and possibly the most enjoyable Europe stay. The staff service is impeccable especially Miss Bo who is super attentive to your needs and very friendly which made a difference to our stay. Rest of staff is as good but didn’t managed to get their names. Thanks again.

I would like to have the bed changed more often.

Everything was good. The personal told us we could connect the Nintendo switch on the TV, but we wasn’t able to reach the HDMI port. The cleaning personal didn’t put new bedsheets on the bed. Very friendly personal!! We would choose the Hotel again!

Friendly checking in with the staff. We booked the family room which was great. Very good size and comfortable. Had a small extra room for our kids next to the bathroom, so it gives the parents some privacy. The perfect was perfect for us. We are not big fans of the huge buffet where you don’t know what to pick and end up taking too much. Here we got fruits, croissants and the coffee was very good. Kids got a warm chocolate. We would definitely go back to this hotel for our next stay in Venlo.

Overall ok staying, comfortable bed, the room size is fit, only downside for me is no hairdryer or shampoo/shower gel available, there was just a soap. Rest was all ok.

cool that you got a croissant for free but it was not nice that the bed was so that one person has to climb over the other person to come out of the bed. not nice
