The staff are amazing. We were given a balcony room as a free upgrade. Live music infront of the hotel several times a week was an added bonus. I will stay again!

The hotel itself is lovely. Very calm and peaceful inside with a lovely pool on the roof with views onto the sea. The rooms are well appointed as you would expect from Hyatt and beds very comfortable with excellent AC. Be aware that there is currently a lot of building going on around the hotel so definitely less tranquil when you leave the hotel!

It is centrally located, comfortable and luxurious.

Helpful professional staff. Spotlessly clean. Great facilities. Delicious breakfast with wide choice. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Some guests may not like the noisy club part of area but made no difference to us as we only walked through on way to somewhere else. It had no impact on our stay at Hyatt. Beautiful tranquil place.

The staff was amazing and eager to help. The hotel is new, modern, well-run and in an ideal location in St Julian’s. We especially appreciated the breakfast buffet and the rooftop pool.

We stayed at Hyatt for 5 days, very friendly staff plus the hotel is located near San Giljan bus station from were you can catch bus to anywhere.

Great Staff , Amenities and location

Hyatt Regency has the potential of being a reasonable hotel, despite the location. Mistakes made at the checkin left us unaware of hotel policies, including billing process and credit amount block on credit card, unheard of and ever experienced in any other hotel we have stayed in. This led to an unreasonable and hash letters being posted under the room door, despite the card being registered at reception. Not an experience one would expect to deal with after spending a day trying to relax on holiday. Hotel claimed this was to make a hassle free stay but it was just for the hotel and not for us, making us feel untrustworthy. The issue was finally resolved by us settling the bill we have accrued with no intention of using the hotel facilities for the remaining four days of our stay. However, this happily gave us an opportunity to experience lovely restaurants in the area including the Le Bristo at Radisson Blu, lovely meal at the Marriott, Intercontinental restaurant at the beach side and a special treat at Phoenicia Valletta, with none of them questioned our credit rate. I hope this is not a policy followed by all Hyatt Regency around the world.

The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Isaac. We will definitely be staying there again.

This is simply the best hotel in this area. The staff(George, Ben, Yannis) just to name a few were all very helpful and kind. We moved to this hotel last minute after a disappointing stay at an Airbnb and we felt we went from bad to the best. Thank you to all the staff at Hyatt.

It was my first time staying here. I’ve really enjoyed my time here, the hotel is located right in the centre of Paceville close to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very lovely and most importantly the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs.I would highly recommend staying here. PS- the breakfast is very good and there’s a lot of option to choose from.

The property itself was really great, really great helpful and attentive staff. The breakfast selection was also really nice. However, the hotel is still under construction and so the view from our room wasn’t great. There was also sometimes noise in the morning. The hotel is situated really close to all the clubs and bars but thankful it’s turned away from it all, so it was still relaxing.

Lovely well kept hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was great and the small rooftop pool was ideal for cooling down in the afternoon sun.

It was a wonder 8 days at Hyatt. The staff were very welcoming especially Victor and Hoque. Victor also helped with local attractions. The facilities were very good with the beds as comfortable as they needed to be. This is a place I’ll be happy to stay at again.

Wonderful

This is an amazing facility for families and couples. It is in the heart of St. Julian which is a trending area, full of restaurants and shops. Malta at the Hyatt Regency was a great experience

We had a great time at the Hyatt! The hotel was in a great location, close to a lot of shopping and dining. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Great hotel

The hotel was new and modern. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely equipped. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very good and wide choice. The dinner was very good, but unfortunately the menu was quite small. So, it was not somewhere to eat too often. However, there were so many good places to eat in the area this was not a problem. Overall, it was a great choice of where to stay in a very busy tourist area.

Nice room and new facilities. Staff was helpful and nice. The area where the hotel is located is very packed with people (edge of paceville, an area a little too dirty and shady for our taste), in June 2024, with a lot of construction around. Expect waking up with drills and trucks.

Checking was smooth, the room was great (the tv enormous). The roof top pool was a bit hot and cloudy the first day, but was back to a normal colour after. The food was delicious. The area is vibrant, but the room is very well insulated. Great location, very friendly staff.
