Toilet didn't flush completely.

I enjoyed my stay room was spacious and clean newly renovated. The breakfast was pretty decent.I could not reach room service from the phones in the room.I needed sheets for the couch and had to go downstairs to get them. I needed washcloths no one at the desk and i had to call from my personal phone to get someone the person was rude to me.

We have stayed here several times when coming to Hershey Pennsylvania for the state cross country meet it is always clean and the rooms are well designed. We sleep grear there because it is so quiet. Our room was next to the elevator on the second floor and we never heard it, we highly recommend this hotel

This is the best hotel in this area period, I travel here to unite my daughter and her best friend. It’s clean, great staff, and near everything. If you are an asthmatic, definitely opt for downstairs. I stayed on the non-smoking 2nd floor and I had to use my inhaler to and from the elevator because people ignored the rule. I didn’t have this problem on 1*. That said nothing seeped into my room, I enjoyed peace and quiet. The area surrounding this is a bit rundown but it’s feels safe. I will always come here when I travel to Lewiston. Oh and the beds are so so soft! Breakfast smelled great, I can’t eat it as I have a milk allergy but they had a lot!

We got in after 1 am due to a flight delay and the night desk clerk was so kind and helped us get extra pillows. There is always coffee available and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Shout out to Q for great customer service. Thanks!

This Hotel was well maintained and friendly staff. However, through no fault of the Hotel the city had a water main break and there was no water available to shower or brush teeth, no Ice Machine. If there was water this hotel stay would've been perfect.

The hotel was nice, but I stood for three days and my was never cleaned or serviced. I requested my room to be serviced after the second night, but it was never completed. I had to asked the front desk for towels. I didn’t need the beds to be made just the trash taken and new towels.

Five minutes after we showed up the toilet got clogged for no apparent reason. I called the front desk. They didn’t know where the plunger was. They were going to move me to another room, but they didn’t. They said they would plunge the toilet while we were gone for the evening, but they didn’t. Finally somebody came at midnight and could not plunge the toilet saying that it needed to be snaked. That never happened. I was told to go to the bathroom in the lobby. Was told the hotel could not comp me anything for the room and that Hotels.com needed to do that. As of now, neither has. Brand new hotel. Not very good service.

This hotel is great! I’ve never stayed at a comfort suites before but definitely will in the future. The room was clean and a lot bigger than expected. Ice in every floor and the gym was decent. Definitely recommend.

Very large 1 bed suite. It was very clean other than the pull out sofa bed was covered in crumbs. Also, since I booked it for 3 people and obviously would be using the sofabed it would have been helpful to have the linen needed in the room ready for us. When I called the front desk I was told to come pick it up downstairs. Better customer service would have been for the desk agent to apologize for it not being in our room and offer to deliver it. This is what sets good hotels apart from GREAT hotels. Put yourself in the guests shoes. Great A/C, poor bathroom ventilation and only 1 outlet had USB ports.
