Beautiful hotel with modern design and features. Would recommend for a relaxing spa stay!

The hotel was amazing The rooms out of this world Breakfast really good Only negative was the room we were given had a horrible outlook and last time I stayed I looked out onto a lemon tree When booking a taxi we were not advised it was going to be double the price and had some deal with the hotel!!! The hotel should of said we can book you a taxi but it will be this price ( which was double) very naughty and frustrating

The location of this hotel was great. It’s a few steps to the shops and restaurants. Easy to find parking near the hotel. Short walk to all attractions. Breakfast was awesome. There was a breakfast buffet and à la cart (included with my stay). The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Joana was great at check in and booked a wine tasting for us. Everyone was so wonderful!

Great hotel in a convenient location with lovely staff

Stayed for 2 nights before heading further into Algarve. Great location for visiting the city. Lovely room & roof top pool though water was too cold to swim in comfortably. Loved rooftop bar for evening drinks looking over city and seeing the planes fly over head. The lack of flexibility on room check in time was disappointing. Having had a 4am start and arrived in Faro at 9am it would have been nice to have been able to check in to our room a little earlier than 2.30pm, particularly given we noted it on reservation request…whilst appreciating hotel may be full and rooms need cleaning there didn’t feel like there was any prioritisation and more effort could have been made.

I don't write many reviews simply because I visit and book so many hotels for work. However, when a place is prefect, as this hotel is, I'm happy to let everyone know. The hotel design is simplistic and sleek with attention to detail and furnished with the most beautiful accents, gorgeous throws, weaved basket work and lots of teak. Even with all of this, what makes the hotel even more desirable are the wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered was top notch. I'm terrible with names but a few standouts were the housekeepers! I've never had such a clean room. Ever. The most handsome concierge in all of Portugal was a wealth of information and a joy to interact with. The restaurant staff were chatty and engaging. The breakfast buffet was again top notch. And, thankfully, no sign of the dreaded holiday British Heinz Baked Beans! Lastly, the rooftop is stunning. The only trick I think they miss is not selling those absolutely stunning throws. Please, please offer them for sale. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back.

This hotel is exceptional, staff, facilities, room, everything exceptional. Well done to all. Great welcome to Faro.
