Ac cool. Very simple. Clean.

There is no one on site if you need anything. You have to call or message the staff. There is very limited parking spaces. The bathroom is very small and the soap broke as I u wrapped it. Lots of mosquitoes around in the area. No tables or chairs inside the room and limited chairs outside on the common balcony.

So expensive for what you get! …bed was clean and comfortable but room is very basic and smelled like mold. The tile floor was continuously wet as was all my cloths a shoes, i guess from a faulty AC unit? The TV turns on but none of the apps work so there is no point on having it….

There is no one there to help you out. The lady was bothered by our call and seems annoyed about it. I wanted to pay on the spot and that is not possible. This is something Im concern about it. There was a cleaning guy near and he did not even attempt to help us out. Staff is not amigable. A guy working on the floor of the outside area in front of the rooms at 8:45am. People stepped out and told him but 5min later he continued. Bed sheets had 2 stains.

I expected a bit more service in general, I didn't know it was like a self-service type place, but now I know. Once you get used to that is not bad, but don't expect to find your bed made and your room cleaned when you go out once you have checked in.

The air conditioner worked very nicely. The room is very comfortable. The only problem with the room was that there were no chairs or tables in it at all. They could’ve put a plastic chair in there or some little cheap table so you can put your stuff on. That way you wouldn’t have to put everything on top of the refrigerator and microwave. We had to keep lots of things on the floor because there was no table space.

It was pretty clean and peaceful. I did struggle with shower I had a hard time getting water to temperature I wanted. It was either too hot or too cold. Water mixer needs to be replaced. I did feel safe, they do have someone making sure you have a place to park and I guess to keep you safe. He is very friendly and accommodating.

Like staying with family

Not what was expected at all. Not very clean and shower did not work well. Very small room. Very poor area

TV never work. Shower faucet malfunction. But was a good experience.

Norma was great and so helpful and brian at la cocina ..the restaurant was great! Cant wait to come back

The ability to use a locker after the checkout is very convenient and allows you to visit freely during the day.

Check in was very easy. The property provided a code for a lockbox to do self check in. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge, which was nice. The property offered free parking on site. There is also a restaurant connected to the hotel, which is convenient. The hotel is also is a great location- walkable from the ferry and to all restaurants and shops in town.

I liked that there were lockers we could use prior to check in, made it nice to not have to lug our belongings around. The restaurant was great for dinner. Easy check in, close to town, walk to ferry. Rooms feel like your basic hotel room, just fine for the night. Small seating out front was nice! View was pretty.

We stayed in ground floor which had no view, and it was extremely noisy from surrounding air conditioning running all night.

The staff went over and above at the time of check in and check out. It really made a difference. Only things we didn’t like was the shower (pressure and lever) and the roosters crowing very early in the morning.

Nice location

This is the 3rd year in a row that I have stayed here while visiting Culebra. Close to the ferry and easy check in and check out service. Have lockers to store your overnight bag too.

Great location... felt very safe walking around.. Lol. Love the chickens in the morning. Rise and shine. Didnt need a alarm clock
