Check in was a hassle as the room I booked was not available. I was told I needed to pay extra for the room since it was a double bed. Being that I already paid for the room through another service, it was not my fault and I wasn't properly accommodated for their mistake. I was told to only use 1 bed and if we used the other bed, we would be charged. The room had roaches to greet us better than the front desk guy. We did not stay!!!!!

I stayed one night and wish I never had. OLD, decrepit furniture, a/c barley worked, couple at check in really didn’t speak English or know how to use their own copy machine, curtain on back window you could see through, floors were all tile and slippery, faucet in the sink didn’t work correctly, shower had about two minutes of hot water and didn’t drain properly (really slow to drain so was standing in dirty shower water and had to rinse my feet after stepping out of the shower), linens were old and thrown together from someone’s home and towels were all old, worn with holes in them. Do not recommend anyone stay there.

Place is a hole in the ground ac not big enough to cool room , bed was terrible had more waves then the ocean , roaches and other bugs in room floor looked dirty , when i got there the guy asked what i payed for the room , when i told him he started complaining about it .Dont waste you money on this place also you can search this hotel and see two different Florida murders stayed there

This property is not the pictures posted. It is tun down, bug infested, filthy dirty, dirty linens, no towels. Towels given were dirty. Black .old o. Ceilings and shower walls. Door do not lock well. AC did not work. Batteries taken fro. Fire extinguisher. Drug den, homeless people hanging out.

Picture looked nothing like the rooms ...smoke detector not working...power strip hanging, dirty towels if you get one , dirty sheets, floors dirty, moldy shower curtain

the people who are running it just took over recently and they are doin awesome. the room had all new stuff new ac and beds. it was a very nice stay

You get what you paid for here. The check in clerk was helpful and gave us extra pillows. The room was ok. There are real mattresses...which we like and a very simple kinda clean room. We were there for one night and it worked well for us. There were also nice people around the hotel who talked to our kids and were nice.

This place was the worst place i have ever stayed at i have no idea why this place would be on expiedia it was dirty and people luved there doors slamming all night and dogs barking and kids yelling there was a room with two adults three children and a dog this was the worst time ihave ever had the pictures were not even close they should be ashamed to have rooms there

Toilet would not flush properly. TV only one local news channel, could not change. About to check out, early, getting dressed, and staff walks in unannounced wanting key. Its a place to sleep, but not much more.

The walls were really thin, no hot water and no pressure. Could not even take a shower. I will never go again for 2 nights it was $341 and not worth it at all. Beds were lumpy and pillows were super thin very unconfortable

If you’re looking for an old rundown motor inn this is the place…. check in process was interesting. Didn’t allow online payment definitely language barrier. Old spring mattress, no box spring stained bedding, but on the bright side, didn’t see any bugs … lots of road noise in the morning, but expected on Rte 1

The property looked nothing like the pictures. NOTHING. Owner was rude yelling at me for ringing something labeled doorbell. Had to pay before seeing room. No money back. Never stayed took my things and left. Check your properties you advertise. Lost 174$ and had nowhere to stay

Plumbing did not work , furniture out dated by 20 years , mattres burned ,stunk and at least 40 years old sheets were stained , staff spoke very little English , and even a rouch . I would not even recommend this place to the devil.

Dont stay at this property unless you have absolutely no other options. The property has a foul smell, the sheets in our room had blood stains on them....definitely a 1 star, or lower, hotel

when I arrived to check in, my room had been given to another and there were no rooms available. my card wasnt charged but inconvient to find another hotel

First off the old man that lives there barely speaks English and walks around bare foot. As soon as I walked into the room I saw no joke 7 LIVE roaches! The room is disgusting. The bottom of the wall is like this nasty open abyss that has a bunch of bugs living inside. DO NOT STAY! Disgusting bathroom and room. Let this be your warning!

I didn't like anything, especially since they wouldn't let me stay saying i couldnt have my service animal... i think... the negative explicative they have as the night checkin speaks no English.

The owners/managers were rude. They would not come to the office. They spoke to me at their room's door. Although, I had booked the room online; there was no available room. They refused to cancel the reserved room (WHICH THEY DIDN"T HAVE TO BEGIN WITH!) They were rude and told me to cancel it myself on Expedia. This was false advertisement.

Upon arrival the manager was very rude and told us he did not have a room for us. The hotel was disgusting and old. He showed us a room that had dirty sheets and then started yelling and screaming at us to leave. Absolutely the worst hotel experience. This place should not be on Expedia. This place should be demolished with the manager in it.

Roaches patched up walls beds soiled air conditioner patched up around it. Room looks like a room from a three world country owers don’t care about how the places looks. Won’t give our money back we left !!!!! DONT STAY THERE

This place was disgustingly dirty. Everything was broken like no front on dresser drawer and other drawers were broken and cracked. The curtains were hung crooked and were so gross we didn’t want to touch them to close them.

Manager was rude, told me my booking didn't exist after hotels.com charged me over $100 for the night, he told me he had no vacancies and basically stole my money. He is a thief and I am taking him to small claims court over this. The place was basically a dump as far as dumps go. I hope they go under and are poor forever.
