First, the timing between check-in and check-out (4pm - 10am) did not allow for enough time to fully enjoy the place. The rigid schedule significantly cut into the enjoyment of the stay, making it feel rushed rather than relaxing. Second, I was subjected to a three-hour sales pitch for the vacation plan, which was neither expected nor welcome. What was supposed to be a brief introduction turned into a prolonged session, taking up valuable vacation time. While I appreciate the effort to offer vacation plans, the aggressive sales approach and limited time to relax left me feeling disappointed. It would be great if future guests could have more flexibility in the check-in/out process and less pressure to sit through lengthy presentations.

Good generally A few complaints 2 for 1 drinks were so weak - we had to return them to add more alcohol. Bra cause of that bad experience we never ordered more drinks Check out was 10am. We are Bonvoy members. We asked for 1 hour extra but we’re told no. Not even 30 mins

Nice hotel with beautiful pools and views of Los Suenos Walking distance to the marina and small beach town.

The properties, pools, golf course, shops, the harbor being close by with more shops, and eateries close to all of the many tours and beaches are just some of the amazing things about this property. They brought in live music and buffets that were amazing. The beach club suites were amazing. Having a kitchen, a living room, and a washer and dryer. We’re also amazing amenities.

This property is on the pacific coast inside a very large, gated community that contains other exclusive properties. Service is excellent. We literally had Tucans nesting a few feet from the room.
