The apartment was super with all mod cons. However the mapping to parking was off so I ended up in another car park with a short walk.

Lack of transparency. Not a hotel, no front desk to check in. Everything is done through your phone. It had more of a short term rental vibe. Have to download an app for the room key. Elevator was not working for a period of our stay. Got to pay $40.00 pluss taxes & fees per day to park. The best thing was the location.

Great location to walk around! Place was neat but the balcony was facing the lovely railroad tracks so that was not as nice. Really did not hear the train but once at night and it wasn’t too loud. So, if you’re a light sleeper, this apartment may not be the place for you. Have to say when we mentioned anything needing to be fixed, property mgmt was on it right away! One thing I’d recommend is the mattress being more substantial. Both of us (couples) noted the mattress was not that great I.e., with couples if one got on the bed, the other side moved; the support of the mattress is not good).

Locale is a great place to stay! The Gulch is such a great section with good restaurants and an amazing Sundae Bar!!! 15 minute easy walk to downtown ! Great room to stay in! My only complaint would be the shower floor was peeling , that could use a little help! Other than that , it’s an amazing place to stay ! Would definitely stay there again !

Basically a full great apartment in an awesome area for a price of average hotel room!

Small issue getting in but was able to get connected to someone quickly and get in easily after that. Communication was great. Price was a little high but was worth it for location and communication.

The directions to get in room and the parking garage were not clear. Plus the furniture looked nice and modern but if you wanted to watch tv it was not comfortable at all. Got stuck out in the courtyard and had no way of getting back in. Luckily another person staying there came by and let us in after 15 min. Maybe we’re not suppose to go out there. It was a decent trip by Uber downtown so that was good

Property fit our needs

I was pretty disappointed with this rental given the high cost. We couldn’t access the balcony as there was a sign stating it was under construction, this also happened to be the only openable window in the apartment which we couldn’t open. There seemed to be a limiter on the temp control for the ac which wouldn’t allow us to turn it down as we wanted to. The bathroom sink seemed to be clogged as well and water would take a long time to drain leaving us to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink. It just seemed like a very expensive rental for these things to have happened, I was pretty disappointed overall as we wanted to use the balcony with the nice weather and great location.

All good except that the digital check-ion is a problem for UK phones. That was difficult and stressful.

Good location within walking distance to Broadway.

Nice place in a good location. Felt safe walking to Broadway and Uber and Lyft were available as well. Easy to get in and out of building. Would stay here again.

The drains all back up in this condo . The paint is peeling in the shower and it stabs your feet . Not the cleanest it take 2 min to wipe the baseboard in the bathroom and the person upstairs stomps like an elephant! There was scheduled work to be done and we were not notified instead woke up to banging on our door at 9am! Not impressed Nowhere did I read it was going to cost 100 to park for 2 days.. surprise!

Great location and nicely appointed. A few items could be addressed - light in second bedroom didn't work; no hot water at the sink taps in the bathroom; couldn't adjust the a/c and it was humid. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.

Would not recommend. We reserved two units for 2 nights. The smaller unit smelled like it had been cleaned with a dirty mob, the ice maker was broken and leaked the entire time leaving puddles in front of the fridge, the bathroom floors were damaged and chipped. The larger unit smelled of bleach. had a broken coffee make and both units did not allow for use of the patio which meant no fresh air in our overwhelmingly odorous spaces. The building is impossible to navigate. Our electronic keys were disable 30 min prior to our check out so we were stuck outside after breakfast trying to return to our rooms to collect our items. You can’t exit the garage without your hang tag and key fob. Which means you have to leave the garage, park out front. Then return to the apartment to leave the fob and tag. You can’t exit the garage without getting out of your vehicle, walking through the pedestrian gate and waving the tag in front of the camera. Once you return the fob and tag back to the room you can’t get into either the garage to exit or through any doors to exit because you no longer a have a fob. We spent over and hour trying to leave and that doesn’t include the 20 min we were locked out of the apartment because our key tags were disable before check out. I recommend not staying here unless you have a lot of patience and don’t plan to spend much time in the apartment. The area is really cool though and the customer service line you text is very quick to respond all hours.

The only thing i disliked was the pay to park but that was almost everywhere in the city of nashville otherwise everything was excellent

I’m glad for the leasing agent who was around because it was confusing getting into the property and the room. When that was solved everything was good.

Toilet ran non-stop then turned on to refill every 3 minutes throughout stay No explanation of RFID key fob, what it does, what it works with

The Locale is a very nice property and a great location in Nashville. It is conveniently located near multiple restaurants, the Country Music Hall of Fame and other museums, and most importantly the Honky Tonks on Broadway. The apartment was clean and mostly comfy. It had very nice amenities. The parking spots for the Locale was convenient, but the walk through the hall to our apartment seemed endless. All good! The following cons were passed onto management, so hopefully they will be corrected: our ice maker did not make ice, darkening shades would be helpful, as well as additional luggage racks.

Close enough to everything, but far enough away. The staff returned my messages quickly, although there wasn’t much that was needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice quiet area. About s 10 minute walk to Broadway and 5th Avenue, where all the action starts. Indoor parking was convinient and very secure.

Basically renting an apartment in a local building. No support from staff on site. Generic apartment but comfortable. Coffee and tea, basic bathroom amenities. Not super clean ( corners w dust shower w soap scum) but not gross. Beds were very comfortable. Felt safe w building security.

Great overall experience only issue was that the bed was broken an their were things underneath the bed the parking is annoying in the complex because you have to go to the third floor parking but beside that the apartment was great the area is gorgeous peaceful the Coustmer service was great definitely understanding I would still recommend this place even though the bed was broken …. Great area , great apartment an amazing area

Great place to stay with Biscuit Love and Milk and Honey just outside the door. Broadway is a 15-20 min walk. Want a few groceries? The Turnip Truck is a couple blocks away. Only problem we had was our key fob didn’t work for the outside area or meeting room but there is a very nice outside space on the roof where no fob is needed.
