Great location and more spacious than expected. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to main attractions.

This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Madrid. The location couldn't be more central (in center of the Gran Via - 5 minutes from Plaza Espana). The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Very well kept. You get all the amenities, and it's definitely bigger than any hotel room you can get.

The apartment was terrible and it did not have maintenance enough inside de bedroom and bathroom. The wall was stained and the bed and pillows were terrible. I would not go back.

We had a lovely weekend. The apartment was a nice big size with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space and lovely big balcony over GranVia near the Schweppes building. Their rooftop bar also did quality (strong) cocktails with views of a brilliant sunset.
Something to improve: parts of the apartment were looking a little tired. Better instructions for how to use the oven, there was no indication when we booked that the pool would not be open. We arrived in 26’ weather and were told the pool and sauna shuts at the end of September but no indication of that in the description of the hotel or when booking. Other than that all was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time in Madrid. Would recommend :)

check in was a breeze and they were very friendly. Room looked just as pictured if not better. The terrace got excellent sun all day. The wifi was blazingly fast as was the AC! I enjoyed the pool and sundeck as well. The gym is a bit limited with dumbbells and a machine on offer but there were plenty of cardio machines. It was enough for my short stay. The refrigerator was roomy and I was able to fit everything I needed inside. I was surprised that room service was available! But UberEats were also plentiful as were restaurants within walking distance. 2 metro stops were also easily walkable

Really central location, so close to the metro and the supermarket is less than 1 minute away. Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely and the concierge were always so lovely.

We stayed at the Grand View Hotel and we loved it!! The location was perfect, metro stations nearby. There is a grocery store next to the hotel open 24 hours. Located across the street from Sol, and close to Plaza Mayor where there are many dinning options. The Hotel was beautiful and comfortable.

We had booked for 4 days to stay at this appartment from 4th-8th September 2024,we stayed in appartment 4J as there was 4 adults and a 21 month old baby.
Location was on point right next to a range of shops and supermarket next door which was very handy, restaurants within walking distance, park 15mins walk including local attractions.
The appartment was incredible big and enough space for everyone to move around in, clean and well presented with a brilliant cool air flow. The decor was simple and very upto date.
Amazing staff who acted quickly when our bathroom door handle had fallen off, this was fixed by the next day. Boris and the team where very polite each morning greeting our family and also helping with taxi arrangements for our family wedding we needed to attend.
The roof top pool and bar was amazing with a beautiful view, we wished we used more of the facility.
The only negative would be to say that there needs to be a clean up under the beds in both rooms nothing a mop would sort to get rid of the dust but otherwise we would pick this large family appartment again. Thanks for a comfortable stay. Pauline, Sam & family

Very nice stay. We had a city 1 bedroom in the 11 floor with the most beautiful view over old part of Madrid. Close to everything, while still in quiet enough. Good pool, fitness and rooftop bar.

Excellent place to stay right in the middle of Gran Via. 2 bed 2 bath spacious enough for family of 5. Has a grocery store in first floor great for food during long stays. Rooftop has great 360 views of all Madrid with a bar. Extremely walkable, 15 min walk or less from all mayor landmarks, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Royal Palace. Only small issue is central A/C works very slowly takes a good hour to cool down, very different from American A/C which operate fast. Other than that the hotel rooms are modern super clean and a great stay, will stay again next time in Madrid.
