The TV operation was less than intuitive. Two controls provided but the options on the TV were not easy to figure out. Some sort of written directions for either the LG TV itself with that remote or the Direct TV remote would have been extremely helpful.

The hotel desk was not always manned. However, the room size with 2 beds and a sofa bed was perfect for our family of 6. The microwave and fridge were very appreciated and used. A couple of suggestions would be to include hot water/tea/hot chocolate with the coffee available 24/7 in the lobby and to have some disposable paper products available with breakfast for those caring dishes to their rooms.

The employees are inexperienced and although the stay itself was okay, aside from paper thin walls, the tv next door kept me up all night.
The day after my stay I got a phone call from the manager demanding a credit card number for incidentals. I was driving and offered to call me back but he kept demanding the last 4 digits of an expedia card I do not have and threatened to put a hold on my expedia account? I nights on the road and as a single female traveling alone. I was terrified of how difficult this man could possibly make it for me to find a room.
I would stay somewhere else, avoid the drama.
I imagine he is angry the employees do not know their jobs.

This is a sparkling newer property. The lobby is attractive and our room was super clean, well organized and quiet. Check in and check out was pleasant and we felt welcomed. Reasonably priced and convenient. We will return!

If I could give zero stars I would. The hotel manager Mr. Patel is rude, zero professionalism and racist. This is an independently owned Best Western, I assume he is possibly the owner since this behavior is tolerated. The rooms are dirty with bugs. If asked to clean to room they have attitude. No customer service if you have an issue with your stay. Based on other reviews he’ll just tell people not to come back. Hopefully he won’t continue to speak to people derogatory. Don’t put yourself in this position, avoid this hotel, there are many more in the area for similar price with better customer service and are Clean!

For a “newer” hotel I expected it to be nicer. There were still areas on the outside of the building being worked on. And an extra switch in the bathroom didn’t do anything. The tub area outside the shower stall looked grungy and the water temperature for the shower was hard to regulate. Tap water tasted awful.

An odd mix of good and bad. Layout and space was nice. But looking past casual observations, there were issues. Our sink drained slow, with full bowl of backup. Toilet seat slid around and felt like may fall off. No tissues. Toilet paper rolls were partial ones and quickly ran out. All doors, hard surfaces had cloudy sheen as of cleaned with dirty rag. Shower was overhead spout so impossible to take a shower without getting hair wet. The dispensers for soap, shampoo looked creepy and the spouts didn’t work. But hard telling what was even in the bottles. Bed was hard, but pillows were nice. Room temp was pleasing and many channel options on tv. For a newer property, I don’t think fixtures will hold up as saw a lot of wear and tear. Don’t eat breakfast and had no desire to after experiencing room. But spacious set up and few staff we saw were pleasant.

Wonderful shower, But uncomfortable bed, placed awkwardly in the room so close to one wall that it was hard to get around it with the heater in the way. No room clock.

You get what you pay for. Very reasonable price but also bare bones. Morning receptionist on her phone the whole time we had breakfast and didn’t say goodbye when we left hotel. First room smelled like smoke but front desk guy gave us a new room with no argument.

The room was ok. Food (breakfast muffins) were left on a plate in the refrigerator. Room just did not seem extremely clean. Bed was ok. Maybe the staff just overlooked it, but it turned me off on what else might have been overlooked. Usually not that concerned, but this bothered now.

We had a very lovely stay! It was quiet, the staff was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious as well!

Overall the stay was excellent. Service was good and friendly. A couple things that could use some attention. The wonderful toilet commode did not have the correct seat on it, so it was less than comfortable to use. Also, a really small thing, there was only decaf coffee in the room. It would have been nice to have hand one caffeinated coffee for the room coffee pot.

Do not stay at this hotel! We were awaken by a loud popping sound that occurred at various intervals throughout the night, so we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The next morning, I asked the hotel manager about it and several other people in the lobby mentioned it happened in their room too. The manager knew about it and said the sound was from the room refrigerators and it was a mechanism to "keep from freezing." There was nothing she could do about it, but said that unplugging the fridge might have helped. Wish I knew about this severe inconvenience before booking my room.

The property is new an upcoming in area that was once a cornfield. It is in great proximity to mall. Hotel was very nice but was home to many youth sporting activities

Everything was wonderful except we requested a full shower with doors and got a tub & shower combo instead. It's hard for us to lift our legs over the tub. My boyfriend is 80 and I have arthritis in my knees and I am 58.

Train tracks are close so be prepared for that. It passed 2x early in the morning. Something else kept making noise - possibly the ice machine across the hall. Breakfast was ok - standard items. No freezer in the fridge was disappointing. Normally can refreeze our ice packs. New hotel so was in good shape.

The hotel General Manager was very rude upon check in and yelled and was pointing his finger in my face because he was upset at the fact that I didn't understand his english. He had a very strong accent. He threatened me and tried to make me leave and stated that I couldn't stay on his property anymore, until my husband who had lighter skin than me, came in and talked to him. He also threatened that If I left a bad review I would be blocked from staying there. I will never stay there again.

I really liked the property snd my room when I first git there. However around midnight discovered we had ants in the room...a ton of ants! We switched rooms and the second room was okay smaller then the first and had a ton of trash behind the beds. I will say the breakfast they give is one of the best I seen at a hotel. I will recommend this property just stinks there was ants.
