Good location, nice room with comfy beds. Happy that we could use Chrome cast. Standard breakfast.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Really comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, good location. Clean and modern, lots of USB sockets. Breakfast included makes things so simple.

I know it’s an Express but now fridge and no shower slippers, as you have people that are staying for more than 1 night also some of the front desk staff need more training on dealing with customers & the payment system has caused me a lot of headache including my card company stopping me from using the card as Holiday Inns payment system didn’t accept about 5 different cards I submitted to pay for the stay even though I had used them while I was travelling in Europe to get to the hotel

Nice hotel, close to the city center. Breakfast is always included. Public parking very close to the hotel if the own parking is complete.

The hotel was only a 8 minutes' walk from the centre, so very convenient. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered everything I'm used to eat in the morning.

Very nice hotell

Very nice and contemporary hotel. Everything is new, clean and comfortable! Situated in the heart of you of Fulda, definitely recommend staying here for while traveling to Kassel to visit Hercules 💪

We had 2 rooms here. We chose this hotel because it offered AC. The AC was quiet and worked well. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were quiet. One couldn't hear other guests. Everything very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of German breads, muesli, teas, coffee, etc. The parking garage is under the hotel and accessible from the BACK of the hotel (you have to drive around it and access parking garage from the street behind the hotel). It's easy. Overall very good hotel.

Excellent

The hotel is brand new and all installations, facilities and rooms are excellent. The location is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. The room were very quite despite the building site at the back. The bedding was very confortable. The only point to improve would be the general friendliness of the staff. Except for the two male front desk staff members, the majority of female staff were "bossing" the customers around, especially in the breakfast area. We understand that the Covid 19 requires certain special regulations, but they can be provided in a smooth and customer friendly tone of voice. We are not in the "Kindergarten". Finally please ensure to have more than 3 hangers in the room upon arrival. All the metal hooks in the wardrobe were empty. We had to heavily insist twice to get them delivered in the room. Many thanks to the two male front desk employees who were always friendly and helpful!
