Great place to stay in Madrid. Conveniently located two minutes away from Atocha Station by walking and 20 minutes away from the Airport. Very close to El Prado Museum. Well decorated, very good buffet breakfast, beautiful Guitar lamp at the Lobby. Nice room and friendly people attending. I have stayed at many Madrid Hotels. This one is a good one. Music everywere and at all times. Not a luxury Hotel but a great experience. Not in front of a main street but very close to them.

Stayed for two nights .. hotel was clean location was good, friendly and welcoming staff, decent breakfast.

The bed was super soft and comfy, the shower was amazing, huge and just the perfect pressure and temperature. It was lovely having a separate toilet. The room overlooked the lounge and bar area but wasn’t noisy (level2), but there was no natural light. Having to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to check in was not ideal, it wasn’t obvious if there was a different entrance to use to avoid this.

Room and bed were excellent, convenient. Big negative noisy!! They had live music until 11:30pm got to enjoy base all evening long. Only one night but that was too much. We complained but music went on to 11:30. Hotel policy is this ok until midnight! Not acceptable. Breakfast was very nice and staff very good. Manager was very apologetic.

We were really happy with this hotel on a recent two night stay. It is in a very central, walkable location - but not on an overly crowded street, so there was no street noise at night. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the shower was excellent. The lobby had a great vibe as well.

This was a four night stay in Madrid, for easy access to the train station. Being a Hard Rock Hotel, the staff were young, hip and helpful. The room was not large as it had a pillar in the middle of the room! There was no desk per se and due to the small room, the chair could not be accessed readily without hitting your head on the tv. However the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a walk-in shower. Breakfast was not cheap but this is Madrid… overall a good stay but considering the room rates, one would have expected a larger room.

Ok the room was not small but the space felt kinda tight, however, it is what we paid for and we were limited in space to store our luggage.
However, where the toilet is and the shower, each on their separate space, was big. We felt like they could have done a better design to a better distribution of the space.
Staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and to want to come back to this place!

Upon arriving Andrea at reception had wonderful customer service, she was fast efficient and immediately offered to help with any questions we had about the city, this was our first time in Madrid, she immediately pulled out a map and introduced us to best ways of navigating the city, every one was friendly. I loved that our room had a court window, that made it easier to recover from get lag as it’s quiet keeping outside noise from interrupting our rest. Very convenient walk to and from the train station of Atocha.

The property was clean and in convenient location for us. Walking distance to the main shopping district and sightseeing places. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good selection

I loved this hotel. I don’t know how old it is but they have maintained it so well. The terrazzo tiles in the shower and the sink area are beautiful. A couple of things to know: if you’re staying at this hotel, make sure you spring for a city view room. Now, the hotel is only 8 floors, so the view isn’t amazing, but the inside rooms face into their indoor courtyard so you don’t get a window that looks outside. Second, the room we were in was small. There was nowhere to out our suitcases. My husband had his on the floor and mine was in the cupboard but we had to close the suitcase daily as the closet wasn’t big enough to leave it open. I was not going to unpack all my things for 3 nights. This was a bit annoying. But I can’t speak to other rooms that may have more space than ours did.

Hard Rock is a lovely hotel, close to Atocha station and all of Madrid's attractions. The facilities such as the outdoor areas, roof top bar and restaurant, swimming pool and gym are an added bonus for an inner city hotel. We only had breakfast once because we wanted to sample other delights in Madrid but it is was excellent. The best thing about the hotel are the lovely friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I had a magnificent time celebrating our 31-year anniversary, and our stay at the Hard Rock hotel in Madrid, Spain made our anniversary so much enjoyable and special. The facility and service was extraordinary. The staff wasn’t terrific and the amenities were outstanding🤗

Hard Rock Hotel is fantastic 👌. Myself and my husband really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is great. Distance to city centre is walkable.
We topped it up woth a tour of Segovia and Toledo - so beautiful.
