The stay experience is more than expectation

Lovely Room junior suite plenty of space for family of 2 Adults and 2 kids, breakfast was good but fairly chaotic no one really following any system there. Location really good and happy overall with stay would recommend

Great hotel!

Great hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel was clean and easy and in a perfect location to get anywhere. The shower and sink were large (a huge plus). The air conditioning worked great. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. The only complaints I have are: 1. We couldn’t connect to the TV to watch what we wanted, even though it was offered, but we weren’t there to watch Netflix anyway. 2. The sauna hours were very limited, so difficult to take advantage of unless you purposely planned your day around it.

Loved this hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, quiet and confortable. Breakfast was incredible. Great variety everything delicious. As a female traveling abroad, and alone, I could not have felt safer. The area was central to many sites. Public transportation close. Great place to stay.

Part of the standart rooms doesn’t have a windows outside but facing the inside/lobby/restaurant of the hotel. Im not sure if this is mentioned anywhere, at least I missed it. I didn't mind it that much but I needed to keep my curtains closed all the time. Staff were bit stiff but friendly.

Super clean with the most comfy bed. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Nice staff and walkable to sights.

I love the location and the breakfast

I truly have no complaints; the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The room was clean and modern. This is a well kept, lovely hotel in a stunning building with character. The warm, modern industrial design was chic and inviting. I will most definitely return for my next trip to Helsinki!

I had issues two different times when I was having a dinner in the restaurant: I have allergies, ordered my food without specific ingredients, but ended up having them in my meal. One time noticed early enough, one time noticed when I had started eating already, which was a shame. The other time I even asked chef, is this meal without the ingredients I asked, the chef said yes but the waiter said no, he noticed. Otherwise, the hotel was comfy and breakfast good especially the smoothies. The bed was comfortable. The staff in reception is grumpy and not that helpful.

Very nice hotel situated very central. Great breakfast and also very nice dinners. However, in the room there was very little space to put your clothes (shirts, dresses and blouses).

Very nice, modern style hotel. Breakfast had a big variety and tasted awesome. When we come back to Helsinki we will book this hotel again

Lovely hotel very close to the city centre. Safe, clean, and modern. Comfortable room and great bathroom. I booked the recommended room for "solo travellers" and found out that it was a standard one and did not provide any amenities (Reception asked me to pay £5 for room slippers!).

Basic hotel with good location. We stayed at loft room couple of nights. Loft "living room" was the reason for our booking. Our room was tight and there were no closet. Bathroom was spacious and had a tub.

This hotel has a nice, central location very close to Helsinki Station. The staff were great, and the breakfast is very good.

Hotel is away 2 stops to Helsinki Central Train Station. Rooms were good clean and quite. Breakfast is quite good and people are kind and very polite. The stay was good.

Fair price for a nice hotel.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever experienced. Clean rooms, nice decoration. Good breakfast selection. Maybe a bit small shower head that wasn’t really spreading the water to big area.

We had a room that overlooked the inside of the hotel (the dining area, which was unique, but you definitely need to remember to close those curtains otherwise everyone can see into your room. The curtains were blackout so no issue with light or noise. The decor was very industrial, which we loved and the room very comfortable. The room was compact, but suited us for what we needed. There is no desk if that is important to you. The bathroom was great! Huge shower and no mould, etc. The breakfast was fantastic - tacos and churros were unique options as well as the usual hot and cold breakfast options you'd expect. We also had an evening meal and cake from the cafe and these were delicious too. Our only complaints were around the servicing of the room. They did not replace tea and milk in the room each day so we had to take them from breakfast. They also didn't replace our cups - they took them away, but didn't leave replacements, so again, a trip to reception to ask for more. They also didn't wipe the surfaces in the room as there were still ring marks from drinks. If not for this, we'd have happily given 5 stars.

Newly build hotel in the city center, close to a lot of small restaurants and bars. The rooms are very cosy and have all you need. That includes a coffee maker, hair dryer safe etc. My room was very quiet despite facing the street. The restaurant and bar is very inviting and the breakfast is also recommendable. All in all I felt like a good a lot for my money and would choose to come back.

The rooms were small but really nice. The facility is nicely designed and the staff was friendly.
