The staff at this hotel were extremely nice and the hotel room was everything we expected. Beautiful hotel next to a mall and a lot of dining options nearby.

Great property

Very nice clean hotel, staff was nice and helpful. Very good breakfast in a large dining area. The breakfast had a big variety and the area was very clean. Only issue we had was it wasn’t within walking distance of the areas we wanted to go to. We were about 20 minutes from everything we did.

This was an excellent hotel for our visit. Although it is not in the center of the city or within walking distance of the major tourist attractions, it was extremely convenient to get transportation -- metro station, bus stop, taxi accessibility, and Cabify (Spanish version of Uber), which was exceptionally easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a smaller room for just two but I am sure there were larger rooms available. Desk staff was very helpful even with advice for travel and food in the area. The Gran Fira 2 Shopping mall was a couple hundred yards away across the plaza. Coffee shops, restaurants, fast food and specialty places were really great. A grocery store and so much more. AND the breakfast at the hotel was REALLY great. We specifically wanted a hotel with breakfast and figured it would be continental. But this was way beyond that and it was wonderful. We will recommend people use this place for that! Hot breakfast... eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, breads, salads, cheese, all the drinks you can imagine -- a full on buffet. Definitely a great hotel and a really good price.

All the employees we came into contact were awesome. Very courteous and knowledgable. Helpful getting us taxi's when we needed them . Room very clean. Highly recommend anyone to stay here! Very pleasant experience!

We chose this place because it is not too far from the airport but also only a quick taxi ride downtown. Free breakfast was great with lots of options. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a bar in the lobby that serves food. We will stay there again next week on our way back through. Very convenient.

Hotel did not offer any water initially in the room then was charging $2.50 Eu at the front. Location was far from the center

Great stay, just outside of the main areas, very close to the subway station.

Hotel and staff were lovely and helpful, hotel is only a 20 min bus journey from the centre and the busstop is only two minutes away which is great. Hotel breakfast was good and staff kept food topped up. Bathroom was very nice and modern and the shower was really nice, with handheld shower and waterfall shower options. Also have a fridge, which we didn’t realise until the day we left which was unfortunate but I have no complaints with this hotel :)

This property was very clean and in a safe area. The staff was pleasant. Any where in the world I see a Holiday Inn, I know it’s a safe and clean place to stay. The location was far from all the stores, restaurants, entertainment and fun. However, there were taxis available. The front desk was very helpful with getting us the taxi.

Good place between airport and the city. Close to the metro station. Nice rooms.

The metro is literally steps away from the hotel, i didnt quite believe the team member when advised of it but upon my arrival i was very shocked. A tremendous amount of modes of transportation are at your disposal but be mindful of the times of travel as you will have to change routes, which we learned twice the hard way lol. The room was available both times in the 2 weeks we checked in, the beds are extremely comfortable but the pillows are not (very very flat), the signs for the liquids in the rooms don't always match, which may be a language barrier moment e.g. hand soap was in the shower and body soap was by the face basin, conditioner was in shampoo and shampoo was in the conditioner. Breakfast doesnt have many options for us despite it beinf a buffet. It says it ends at 10/1030 but there's no replenished dishes from 9, which is listed as a busy time so you really end up with cold scraps. There is luggage storage which is fantastic. Most housekeeping team members only speak spanish but front office were multilingual. I only experienced what i deemed poor service once and that was by a front desk agent, otherwise, every service encounter was wonderful. You are about 20/25 minutes from the cruise port which can be about 35 euros. You are 1 train ride away from/to the airport (definitely take this mode, far more economical) or even the bus (1 bus took us straight to the stop nearest the hotel). Overall, it's a comfortable hotel, in a quiet area, near a mall and transport.

Front desk was very confused with their jobs, check in for my second room was an hour late. Not much to do in area on the weekends as most things were closed

It was nice and clean and breakfast was good, but it wasn't close to ANYTHING. We had lots of 15-20 min cab rides.
