Clean friendly service not to big

Liked the rooftop - very nice views. Good vibes from the band & good service.

The property itself is nice and clean. The rooms are fairly small though. Bathrooms aren’t separate from the room which I wasn’t too happy about and the shower is small but it does have a rainfall shower head. There isn’t a sink in the bathroom so you’d have to freshen up in the kitchen area where the only sink is. There’s a $150 incidental fee which they hold on top of the cost of the room (which is something I wasn’t aware of until I checked in) and parking was $19/night for me. The staff werent mean but not very friendly either, just there. The area that the hotel is located in is very convenient. It’s near perimeter mall and lots of food places/attractions. I won’t be staying here again but it’s nice for a one day stay. If you’re staying any longer than that it may be boring as it’s no pool or hot tub. Also the gym door never opened even when I got a new key card.

Last minute decision to stay here after we had an epic hotel fail somewhere else. This should have been our first choice! Definitely will be returning here for our next trip!

Room very clean area is convenient for shopping, staff were friendly

Loved everything about this property, from the parking to the reps at the front desk. At check in, the representative was so polite and professional going above standards to set me to become a member through email. Taking time with new customers will always win travelers like myself.

We love the convenenient location. Staff are very friendly and professional. The room is large and has natural sun light. We stayed at the hotel many times. And will continue to stay there whenever we are in the area.

It was perfect except for the bathroom door that did not open. One of my friends was trapped in the bathroom but the management team responded quickly and called for help to get her out. I was credited one night’s stay.

Great clean property. A few minor things like parking and breakfast not included and had to pay an additional fee but otherwise great price for an awesome hotel.

This was the first time staying at this hotel, and it was pretty nice. The rooms were clean and I got a good day of rest.

My only complaint is that I was over-charged for a meal. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

Great service at check in—made to feel very welcomed after a long day of travel. Very close to a bunch of great restaurants—easy walk from hotel.

Roof top bar and hotel in general was great, only comment would be that glass bathroom doors do not allow much privacy when sharing room.

First time at an AC Marriott hotel . We felt like we were in Europe 😃 Design in all areas were unique and different from usual Marriott style. Good attentive, friendly staff at front and both dining rooms.

It was perfect, relaxing, beautiful & really clean. The location was perfect. The front staff was very nice. This is a hotel I would 100% recommend.

It was not the most exciting stay. Issues with an infestation of ants in the room, ants around the trash and recycle bins by the elevators. Garbage disposal not working! Elevator not being up to code, elevator buttons and walls nasty to the touch. It was the lack of cleanliness in the elevator and common areas for me.

Overall the property was nice and staff pleasant. The room floor could have been cleaner and there was visible rust on the bottom outside of the shower.

Phenomenal customer service. However, The shower needs a deep cleaning. I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

I left my AirPods and they are mailing them back to me! Great stay!

The staff was very professional. The young man that checked us in was awesome! The heater in my room didn’t work. The refrigerator was not working; it was not cold. The plastic piece on the bathroom door was coming off.

Amazing staff, cleanliness and great location. I love how there is a target on walking distance.
