Gorgeous view of the coast and very friendly staff!

The room was super pleasant, filled with light and good vibes! Clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The bed was awesome, lots of soft pillows. Would definitely stay here again. It was tucked into a little neighborhood off of the Hwy 101, very quiet.

Nice view. Dirty bathroom and floors. Hair everywhere from dogs or? Missing kitchen towels, silverware and utensils. Old beat up pots and pans. Tiny tv. Friendly staff

I went on line and clicked on the room I wanted. What I got was not the same. The room was not in the best of shape. No counter or any towel racks in the bathroom. Two electric outlets. Only one lamp worked because no outlet for that one. It had two extension cords connected, wires everywhere. I was thinking about calling someone regarding fire hazaard and it wasn't going to be the motel. I paid good money for crap and not happy about that. Not one picture or decoration in the whole room.Because you had Motel 6 and this motel on your website, never should be on your site. Motel 6 blocked my review since I didn't give a good review. So I figured it wouldn't do any good to due this one. So I'm not sure I want to continue with your site.

Loved the hot tub on the balcony but the room was dated. The coffee maker broke a week before but they had not replaced it. No table to play games on but there was an old chair in the room. Had 2 lamps but no where to plug in one of them.

The property looked a lot better on the pictures online. The bed was uncomfortable, the wall heater did not work, and the toilet ran. The bathroom fan also broke while we were staying there. The television was substandard with very limited options for watching choices. no places to sit and relax so we were forced to use the bed as a couch. Very nice staff very poor motel.

Beachfront hotel, beautiful views. This is an old hotel, with the wear and tear of the beach and ocean exposure.... but they have done recent upgrades in the rooms and the beds are comfortable. Beach access doesnt get any beter. Location, location, location!

The room was dirty. Was under the stairs with not a good view. We looked out the window and saw a roof then the ocean. Didnt have a screen on window. There was no table and chairs in the room. One chair that was dirty. Would never stay there again.

The rooms were not as advertised, room very poorly put together and very outdated for rhe price.

Locally placed between the ocean and shopping strips

Amazing ocean and beach view .very friendly staff. Amazing amount of pillows which for me is a big thing. The windows were fogged the whole time which I should have expected as we were right above ocean. This made pictures from the room of the ocean hard. Still was a great stay. The view at low tide was amazing. Beds were comfy and clean. We stayed there for one night and it was my husband, my three kids 3,5,11 and I. Definitely would stay again. Thanks Seagull Inn

Family's 1st time coming to Lincoln City this hotel was perfect for us our room had a big window facing the beach 1 minute walk to the beach. The front desk ladies were very nice we will definitely be coming back again next year.

Located in the ocean front

When we arrived a little past 4 to check in, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and it would be another 15 minutes. I and my friend and my 1 year old son decided to go check out the beach while we waited. We came about 20 minutes later to find the room still not ready. We went again and walked around some more, this time we waited longer before heading back. When we came back after 5 already, the room was STILL not ready. We waited and waited, with my 1 year old getting really cranky, and still nothing. We decided to go eat at 6, because our room was still not ready, and when we came back at 7, it was finally ready. We were only at the coast for 24 hours, so being told that our room would be ready in 15 minutes, and then not having it ready for another 3 hours was extremely disappointing. We wasted a good chunk of our trip just waiting around. If they were honest from the beginning about when the room would be ready, we could’ve atleast made some plans to do in the meantime. Not to mention, the door knob had mold, the bathtub was leaking the entire night, and when I first opened the sink water, brown water came out.

We showed up a little early and went to ask if we could check-in. While we didn't see the posted sign until after that stated "No early check-ins", the attendant at the front desk was very abrupt and rude about it. Not a good way to create an atmosphere that leaves a positive imprint on a guest's experience. She could have politely stated the rules/signage and it would have been no big deal. Coupled that with the fact that the stairs ARE NOT dog friendly (grated steps with holes in them get dog toes caught in between... It was a pain) and the fact that the seal on the bottom of our room door had a 4-5" section that was coming off, leaving a significant gap between the inside and outside. The one positive was that the room, altho bare bones with decor and furniture, was very clean. The stay was just mediocre and frustrating, and we will never stay at this hotel again. If one thing stands out the most, it was the sour nature of the desk attendant. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she didn't need to pass the negativity our way. Good customer service should be the cornerstone of any business that would like repeat customers.

The room had a very good view of the beach, and the staff was very friendly. The property is a little run down but it is apparent that they are working on it.

jacuzzi did get a bit dirty it turned brown and we asked if they could clean or do something about it but never got back to me or received any communication. Some wrappers laying around in the patio section but nothing that we couldn’t pick up ourselves but definitely should be cleaned thoroughly for next guest. Other than that the staff were great and friendly. The room and view is stunning, definitely will be coming back. Parking was easy and close. Check in and out was easy as well.

The room was lovely. The front desk person was amazing! She is an asset. The windows in room were dirty which made seeing the gorgeous view hard. But it was worth it. I would suggest more towels and door mats to clean feet

Adequate accommodations, but nothing fancy. No balcony on 1st floor, but great ocean view. Friendly staff. Right next to beach access walk way. Hotel is on the cliff, so it is a steep walk down to the beach but doable for most. It has steps as well as a driveway to the beach, so for the mobility challenged, one could drive them down to the beach, drop them off, then reverse to park back at the hotel.

We recently stayed at the Seagull Beachfront Inn, and while our overall experience was fine, there were a couple of hiccups with the check-in and check-out process that left us a bit disappointed. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm, but we weren't able to get into our room until 5:00 pm. The staff mentioned that they were short-handed and didn't have enough personnel to clean the rooms on time. We understood the situation and didn't mind the wait too much because we know things like this can happen. However, our check-out experience was less accommodating. I had an important online meeting that was running a little over the 11:00 am check-out time, so we asked if we could have just a few extra minutes to finish up. Unfortunately, we were told that late check-out was absolutely not possible, even for a few minutes. This strict policy felt quite inflexible and didn't leave a great last impression. Overall, the stay and the motel itself were fine, with clean rooms and a pleasant beachfront location, but the rigid check-out policy and delay in check-in took away from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.
