Management went out of its way to help. I arrived after front desk closed, manager came and checked me in. Definitely a good place to stay

Windows all bolted shut- unable to open because of locals trying to get in & sleep in empty rooms

Marina view wasn’t a view of anything but a pile of dirt. Room was very clean, pool and restaurant was wonderful, went two days with no hot water but they did get that fixed. Just little issues but over all I would go back and stay but stay in the garden view.

The RYC staff were very kind, provided excellent service, and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious.

The place was clean but lacking few necesities like hand towel floor rug for after shower bath towel no microwave drinking water only for one person no room. Service and very noisy T V without sound and reported about 6 times before getting results. Really uncomfortable situación don't think i'll go back there again.

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the transportation. The location is unique with great sea views. Our ocean view room was quite nice and very reasonably priced. The food and drinks are great and the dining venue is nice, but the menu options are limited and there are no dining venues within walking distance. Loved the hummingbirds. Internet is weak.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Property was beautiful and clean. The room was clean, however, key card didn't work and had to have new batteries, the TV remote couldn't regulate volume, the internet mostly didn't work (I was told there was a recent fire in the area which is causing it) bathroom had burned out bulb, shower head sprayed water in all directions, cockroach on the wall, etc.

This property is not in the right area. I found out that West End & West Bay is where it’s touristy without having to pay for cabs to go anywhere. It was costly to cab it to the beach area - $30 usd. And it was $20 usd from & to the airport. There’s only 1 restaurant on site & a supermarket across the street. The Megaplaza had nothing good & was a 15 min walk or so. There was no wifi for 2 days straight !!! There was up to 4 power outages in 1 night that would last a minute to few minutes. They didn’t clean the room when I had the sign on the door on day 3. The pillows smelt bad - like when laundry is still damp & you put it away leaving that stench on it. Other nights it smelt like vinegar …but the sheet & blanket was fine. The safe in the room didn’t work & there’s no full length mirror in the room plus the bathroom mirror was to the right side of the sink. The tv is to the side as well but it can turn out sideways. There’s no mini fridge either just a coffee cup machine or maybe it was just a hot water kettle. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I was overcharged. I asked for folio to check what made my charge higher than the price shown at the time of reservation, but no reply. Also, the room was not cleaned and had some garbages on the floor….

Rooms are comfortable but noisy next to a busy road. The hotel does not have any beach access so you have to pay to go use a beach elsewhere. Staff did not communicate very well.

The pool is tiny and freezing cold. No beach, just marina. The place was empty. Our room was nice, clean, comfy. Staff was very kind, food was pricy, but delicious. I doubt we would stay here again as we were interested in an accessible beach for snorkeling.

I got here and it is lovely. Really close to the livaboard dive boat! Food is awesome and staff is friendly despite no compression of English. So I have to remember that I am in a foreign country. So shame on me!

The grounds and rooms were well maintained and staff were polite and attractive to our needs.

i loved my room and the staff all i would say that i wish was different is the coffee for it to be better and have more hondurean style food.

Good enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast was okay and filled the void. Not what you would except coming to a yacht club.

The place overall is beautiful bed really confortable and sheets and towels clean. But the room was not cleaned the next day. Neither was clean towels replaced nor drinking water i had to ask for them last night. The client service needs to improve a lot.

My family really enjoyed the pool, it was nice.The food at the Yacht club was delicious and the AC was really nice and refreshing.

Great place for a night while waiting for a flight. Clean room with great AC, the best staff and great views.

The property is well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. The hotel is on a beautiful lush property with lots of charm. I especially loved that we could eat the mangoes from the trees. Luis and his team were absolutely the best. We felt at home with them and were treated with the greatest care. They became our family!

This is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reasonable place to stay. It is near a shopping plaza and a great supermarket. The staff here is amazing. The rooms are great. The restaurant is great. Nothing here to complain about!
