The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The room service wasn't the best. There was no shampoo and they did not take our trash and the counter in the bathroom was not cleaned.. They did however, fix the beds and gave more clean towels :)!!!

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff super friendly.

This is a very good hotel, very clean, it looks well maintained, very modern and comfortable, the location is awesome, close to downtown, few min drive to the beaches, we highly recommend this hotel.

We had an unplanned last minute trip to Miami because we had to evacuate our town as a result of hurricane Milton. We brought our dogs, like so many other evacuees who were also staying. When I say that the employees here were accommodating, I’m underselling it. They bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and taken care of in an extremely stressful situation. Our dogs liked to bark through the lobby every time we went through, and the employees all treated us with kindness. The place is clean, not a bunch of frills, but we had all we needed. (There was a peloton in their gym area but I didn’t get a chance to use it. In fact. They had one of the nicest hotel gyms I’ve seen in a long time.) Can’t say enough wonderful things about these employees. We truly felt cared for. Special shout out to Wilbert, who checked on us multiple times.

I get that the place is new but it is to expensive. When I asked for help getting a ride, I was told to use lyft. I needed to make a stop inbetween and was not allowed to do so causing me to make another ride with a taxi afterwards. Price gauging at its finest here. There are no stores around this place so they charge $4 for a bottle of water. Price to stay the nite was already over the budget

Walked into the room was very pleased with a nice flatscreen tv that welcomed me to my stay, the view was much better than I had imagined. Was very clean and upheld, overall very happy with any TRU I’ve stayed in.
