Some workers helpfull but no the reception it wasn't about pay just the beginning pay ok but l though l paid all what it was in the first time last day l was requested that l didnt pay everything what l agree but that makes me to untrusted the real so l jut want to apologies for that thats all thank you

The room is fine for the price, but we did have to ask for more towels because there weren’t enough. Also our sheets were stained. Their breakfast is lacking a lot of selection.

Sheets had visible orange spots, sheets might have been washed (or not, not sure) but stains were still visible.

I stayed at Bugari Hotel, once in May and the second in June of 2024. My first stay could have been more accommodating since I was traveling with my elderly father. We were place on the 6th floor but the elevator only went to the 5th floor. I wasn’t offered a cart for our luggage or help with having to move our bags while I had to assist my father who has mobility issues up two flights of stairs. The floor was dusty making it slippery out in the stairs and lobby. The actual rooms were clean and free of bed bugs. Since we were there in the summer, we had access to the AC unit. We also had access to taxi service to the airport free of charge. The airport was about 10 minutes away from the hotel.

Hotel has confortable beds and clean rooms, very good restaurant with breakfast included and free taxi ride to the airport

Great hotel and staff, very clean. Breakfast was delicious. A tiny bit noisy from the street but other than that it was great!

Getting to tge hotel was difficult. We used a GPS and it made us go thru a dirt road for quite a ways. There were no street lights and there was overgrown bushes. It felt scary. The hotel is very nice, just getting there is tricky if you drive yourself

It was Great to stay there but if you have issues with noise, please ask them to put you at opposite end of the entrance. You are right next to a major highway and it is noisy and the room shakes 24/7.

This hotel is perfect for a quick overnight stay, especially if you're catching a flight. Its proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, and they even provide complimentary transportation. No need to worry about booking shuttles in advance. The service is top-notch, and the facilities are kept immaculately clean. While we didn't dine at the hotel restaurant due to our late arrival, we did find a convenience store nearby for snacks. However, it's worth noting that the only one we stumbled upon was located at a gas station across the street, which felt a bit dimly lit. It's advisable to stock up on necessities before arrival to avoid having to venture out in the evening. Despite this minor inconvenience, the bathroom was spotless, and both the air conditioning and TV worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable night's rest before our early departure. Additionally, the hotel offers parking at the rear; just remember to request access. Overall, a solid choice for a brief stopover.

Staff was great! Manager Sergio Amaya was very helpful & motivated me beyond my visit to Guadalajara.

Power went out. Only one elevator of the two is functional and you have to wait for staff to get out to use them. Area around the hotel is rough.

The hotel is classy and nice. Staff team members spoke a little English and were super helpful getting me a taxi to the airport. I enjoyed my stay.
