We absolutely loved the room, it was clean and fresh staff did an amazing job and they were very friendly..this will be my go to whenever I'm in town.

At first, I was a little suspect of this one, but the guy at the front desk was super nice and once I got into the room, it was surprisingly good. Also, the free breakfast was a treat

My feet were black from the filth on the floor. I have pictures to prove it. When I turn on the light there was a roach crawling up the wall also have pictures to proof it. When you enter room looks fine but it is what you can’t see that is nasty

Days Inn also provides desk service directly at this location within a few yards. I believe they gave us a disgusting room because we had a dog.... my dog is not as destructive as humans. After seeing the room at Travelers, the Days Inn employee gave us a clean room for a few hours to stay. Thank you to the employee who helped make our visit nice.

Nothing special, but quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. Good breakfast, and the lady working the breakfast was cordial and hard-working. Only (minor) complaint: The shower is not meant for someone even relatively tall!

Close to where we needed to go for the show we were going to see at the casino

There was black stuff on the sheets and blood on the ceiling and bathroom wall. We didn't stay checked out and went elsewhere. Dont recommended.

It was close. It was pretty clean and comfortable. Could use some touch up paint. All and all it did its job.

Staff were pleasant. Room at least bed OK. Sink did not drain. Shower hand broken, unusable. Toilet would not flush. Had to sponge bathe and leave water in sink. I was healing from two incisions. Awful, with late arrival and no interest in delaying sleep. From bed to sink in morning barefoot, found the floor was filthy. AC very cool - but smelled like burning electrical, burned my throat. Never stay in room 411 at this TravelLodge in Charles Town WV. Upon checkout, notified staff of above. Forget to mention toilet did not flush. Poor sleep for $114 supposedly cheap dwelling. Would like some refund, but doubt they care.

No smoking room smelled like cigarettes, no remote control, bed springs on both sides squeaked loudly when you sat down, front desk gave us a remote, didn’t work, gave us another, didn’t work, gave us a new room, no towels! Terrible!

The gentlemen working the desk was a real consummate professional. That said, my room was filled with roaches and a variety of other bugs.

The cleaning crew were polite and room was clean. .They didn't have any towels in the room, but they brought some when they were finish washing.

I woke up this morning and had bed bug bits all over my back there was blood on the sheets from were they were feeding on me

Room was overall clean. Bathroom could use a little better cleaning and wiping down the walls.

The room was small and relatively clean. There were cigarette burns on the tub and the bed was not anchored so it moved. The service was excellent and the breakfast was okay. This was my second time staying here for two days. This room was better and there are cameras everywhere for safety.

Room had multiple flies and moths in it. It was very humid and the bathroom fan hardly worked. Woke up with a sore throat from the humidity. The beds seemed clean and the area was okay. Overall not a great experience.

I stayed here 2 years ago. The rooms are clean, neat.

Nice accommodation, comfortable beds. Clean enough but could have been better. Very dusty torn lampshades at bedside. Large windows at rooms were dirty. Great breakfast offered. Very personable staff

Had to walk across 2 parking lots and half way down from office to get ice huge rain puddle taking up 4 parking spaces and especially bad where handicap parking spots located all were not fit to use because of standing water and muck in them Will not be booking again thought Wyndham name meant first class but sadly mistaken

It was just overall a pleasant stay

A good value for the money. Could have used more height on the shower head and the ice maker could have been more clearly marked.

The customer service was terrible and they were supposed to provide a shuttle to the casino , which did not happen . I was told they would call me. Which didn’t happen either.

Very nice bathroom alittle small

Room was not clean when arrived. Staff would not do anything about it. I had one towel in my room went to ask for another and they told me they didn’t have anymore towels to give.

Breakfast was great, although the neverending poker games on the TV got old pretty fast. Actually, there was a NYC local news station one day; that was little better. The Wifi signal wasn't very stable, although I've endured worse. Despite the cleanliness and overall good condition, I did see baby roaches a few times and an adult once. The bathroom door was roughly cut to size, leaving the top and bottom unsealed. Having the Travelodge check-in at the Days Inn lobby was a little confusing when I first arrived, though. The geographic separation of the buildings with other businesses in between was also odd. Wonderful service whenever I had to deal with an employee, though. Zero complaints about the people working there. I even got great service one time I shouldn't have.
