Very clean Well kept

When I first checked in I received keys for a room that had not been cleaned. I was initially afraid that someone might be in the room. Bed not made, pizza boxes & empty bottles. I had to go down to the lobby to get keys for another room. When I got to the new room the key card didn't work. So I had to back down again. I was not happy since I often walk with a cane so the up and down with my luggage was a problem.

Stayed on first floor. The other guests were respectfully quiet. The staff seemed to go out of their way to smash their carts down the hallway to make noise in the middle of the night.

Restaurant was terrible. Not a soul eating at 740pm when we arrived. Went down for supper only couple there, 3-4 groups showed up within 10 min. Took 50 min to bring out our order - steak sandwich and a pasta. Steak was way over cooked and chicken Alfredo pasta came out as penne with butter and Parmesan cheese.. no Alfredo sauce whatsoever. Waitress brought water and a pop and was never seen again. Room was decent and clean, but would not stay here again based on restaurant.

It was amazing and worth every penny. I love the bed and very comfy and best sleep I had in a while.

Staff were very friendly. Nice and clean hotel.

Everything was excellent. I had made a mistake on the date and they did not charge me. The people at the desk were fantastic. The rooms were excellent as well. Would go back again!

Worth it

Absolutely brutal! The woman at check in barely spoke to us, but whispered with her co-worker the whole time. The carpet in our room was soaking wet (had been recently cleaned) and the room smelled like throw up. The tap in bathroom came off if you used it. We called to complain when we arrived and were basically told they were aware of the smell, wet carpet and broken tap, but too bad because there were no other rooms. And because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t do anything. It was late (11:30 pm) so we couldn’t do anything. It was terrible!! Will NEVER stay at a Best Western again!

Loud tenant and staff knocking on my door at 2am waking me up for oops wrong room. Homeless rummage through garbage and sleeping in bushes by parking lot full of litter

The hot rub wasn't hot, disappointed, but everything else was excellent!

“This is the best hotel” said my 4 year old and we all agree. My eldest said it’s the best wifi connection. We love the cleanliness and new hotel. Very classy and comfortable. Only thing is no free breakfast but other than that, great hotel and will stay here anytime we are in town.

There was a bit of confusion when checking in, but overall it was clean.

Was a great stay

This is a new building which is nice. The room was large and the bathroom was a nice size. There were lots of lights in both the room and the bathroom. My only complaint is that the hot tub was cold.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was very nice as well.

I really enjoyed the property but it is not a well insulated hotel for sound. You can hear all walking and noise in surrounding and above rooms and I took a business call in the morning (6:45) as it came from back east and received a noise complaint from the room next door because they could hear me speaking and making my coffee. So that was the only thing I would say was not ideal. Better sound proofing would be great when building. Other than that it’s super nice.

Quite a new facility that offers a pleasant stay in everything. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with customer service

Great stay! There was a problem with the room type. The grandkids had to sleep on the floor. The reservation said there was a pullout sofa. There wasn't. Orbitz was gracious and gave us a credit

A nice new property- however front desk staff were rude and indifferent to guests. Will not stay at this property again due to this alone.
