It’s ok. I mean, the hotel it’s new, which is great, but it lacks of several services like room service, luggage handling and minibar to name a few. Good things, the breakfast buffet and cleanliness are both excellent, as well as the assistance from the staff.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were amiable and welcoming. The hotel was clean and conveniently located in a safe area, making it an excellent choice for tourists.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast menu this time. As a returning guest, I hoped for more varied breakfast options. While my overall experience was still excellent, I suggest the hotel consider expanding or improving its breakfast offerings to cater to guests' tastes and preferences.
Apart from the breakfast, my stay was beautiful, and I appreciate the excellent service and accommodations. Thank you!

It is a great hotel if you are travelling for business purposes. Breakfast is great quality, and the hotel has good amenities. Windows are not as big as I would like them to be, but rooms and bathrooms have a good size and design. I took off one star frim cleanliness as I felt the floor in my room hadn't been cleaned properly.

It’s an excellent hotel. Staff it’s so kind and professional it exceeded my needs. Also it’s located in a good Area in Sabaneta close to the Mayorca Mall. I enjoyed a lot my stay and will come back when I have the opportunity.

The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and convenient. The staff gives the impression that guests are the enemy, however. I can't blame them. Most of the people who stay at this property are rude, obnoxious, entitled Americans who treat them poorly.

The area where the hotel is located is close to public transportation, there is a mall next door which is convenient to purchase groceries or anything needed. It is very safe! The hotel is clean, the breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There is a security guard on the first floor, they make sure guest are safe at all times. Overall, perfect and highly recommended.

The service horrible.Specially in the breakfast time. I request for a cup of coffee from the machine and the guy refused to give me. In general all employees very unfriendly witn very bad temper. I was stayed in this hotel in January 2023 and was totally different . I never stay again in this hotel. The floor in the room was very dirty. I stayed there for 3 days.
