Lovely hotel - one of the best I've stayed in. Great location, just by the main bus stations. Lots of useful amenities on site including plenty of luggage storage which is free to use. Just wish I was staying longer!

Recently stayed here for a vacation. The room itself is very modern and the beds were amazing. Also enjoyed how close the hotel was to public transportation

Bad location, middle of a huge building site. Quite soulless. Lacking some amenities. Nice staff. Good for a business person in town for a couple of nights.

Breakfast very good, but not enough staff to clear the tables. No tea or coffee in the room, shower gel dispenser didn’t work. Shower door needed a suction strip to prevent the floor on the bathroom getting very wet. Otherwise a good stay

Not recommended to book via hotels. Got a room far away from elevators (or else I needed to walk through a concrete staircase) modern looking. Good food. Small breakfast buffet. Very much inspired from strawberry comfort hotels style

The property was close to transportation which made it easy to get around the city.

Loved staying in this hotel. Rooms were very pleasant with very comfortable beds. Great bunkbeds for the kids. Easy walk to the tram -about 10 minutes. Good hotel restaurant and also an awesome rooftop restaurant and bar with an option to eat outside. (note rooftop only open on the weekends). Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

Stayed for 1 night Aug 24. Perfect for central Gothenburg stay with amazing views of city and surround area from rooftop bar/restaurant. Great choice at breakfast and loads of comfortable space and amenities in massive lobby/bar/cafe for Fika time! Will always stay here when travelling to Gothenburg! A must stay.

Scandic Hotels are the best value always. Facilities are super fine and their room sesigns are very upscale. Everything is spotless too. I willcome back again for sure.

Wonderful staff, great breakfast.

Modern shower door with half glass door is not practical. It is extremely poor design. The bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. You should change the shower door for full enclosure. It is a risk hazard and not very environment friendly.

We attempted to reserve bicycles but were later informed that even though we had requested them, that another couple claimed them . The staff member reported that another staff person made this arrangement when she stepped away.

Easy walk into the main shopping area and attractions. Currently lots of construction work going on in the area but couldn't hear any of it inside the hotel. Very quiet.

This place was nothing like the picture I saw before booking. It looked a hundred years old, very funny rooms that was so musty and uncomfortable. They offered us another room outside the main building that looked deserted and scary to sleep in. The pool that wax shown with people in it had brown water with debris and you can see the bottom of the unkempt pool with no one near it. I was to check in on 7/16/24 but had to go find another hotel where we stayed. That hit em was way cheaper by $50 and was a 10 star hotel, stanbic Gothenburg central, excellent hotel. I could not reach expedia as they don't have a customer service number and could not get any of my money back! DO NOT GO HERE. THOSE NICE PICTURES ARE NOT FROM THE HOTEL AND EXPEDIA SUCK. I had problems with my flights too and no body to talk to.

Fantastic hotel close to the sights and downtown. Great breakfast and great rooms. Perfect for a family.

Rooms are nice and modern. Staff does a great job moving people thru at check in and thru breakfast service. Fantastic views from the top deck. Food could be better, and make sure to reserve parking as there is not a lot available. It’s a bit of a hike to city center. No in room coffee 😢

Had a good experience, but the floor in the room was dirty when I checked in, I saw several full trash cans outside rooms and you have to request room cleaning by booking a time. There's a lot of new construction around the hotel, so walking to and from it can be a bit difficult. Otherwise a good stay.

The hotel is pretty much brand new, and I really enjoyed staying in a room of new conditions. I had the Standard King Room which was a very comfortable size for one person and would be quite good for 2 people too. However I think it depends on where on the floor your room is, as my friend's room was more compact in a different part of the floor. Location wise, it's only a few minutes walk to a public transport hub, a huge shopping centre and the waterfront where the Opera house is. 20min walk to the city "centre" but about 35min to the Haga area. Breakfast was fantastic, so many options and a large dining room. The overall hotel vibe is very nice, a lot of place to chill and a solid lobby bar / restaurant. My only complaint is that the hotel was not built with sound proofing in mind. I could almost make out my neighbours conversations and heard every laugh. I like the wooden floor boards in the room, it gives a brighter and cleaner room feel, but it means no sound absorption from the room above, I heard every run from a small child presumably. When my neighbours opened their room door, I was convinced they opened mine. Then when it slammed shut (why can't people gently close these heavy doors!), my whole room shook.
