Unit was spacious inside and outside, Cleaned well daily and stocked with clean towels etc. Staff very helpful and attentive to needs. My only issue was the safe being located in the floor and there was no light in closet. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed at The Tides for 7 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment was well-equipped, and having a washing machine and dryer was a significant plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and we appreciated the provided umbrellas and lounges.

Staff was incredibly helpful and sweet! Property very central to everything ! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay . The units are beautiful and modern and the staff is super great and friendly . They clean the unit including the kitchen everyday which was so nice . It’s a couple of steps and you are at the most beautiful beach . We loved it and would recommend it very much for the value you get ‘

Excellent stay in the tides. Hotel just two minutes walk from the beautiful Grace Bay beach and close to several restaurants. Very convenient hotel to visit with family and with small children since each room has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Turk and Caicos is a very quiet place to visit and with very friendly people. We loved our vacation on this beautiful Caribbean island.

This property is very close to the beach and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable and the ocean view was phenomenal.

Very close to the beach which we really liked. Brenda in the office was so personable, warm, and friendly. She truly made us feel welcome. Jason was also so helpful with setting up the beach chairs/umbrellas daily. There were not enough chairs/umbrellas to accommodate all guests and so waking up early to reserve is a must if that’s important to you. Not ideal while on vacation so hopefully they can get more in the future.

My husband, 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son had a great stay here in July 2024. It was our first time to TCI and we can’t wait to come back. The Tides was perfect for my family and provided a high chair and corn for my son. The staff was great and we loved the setup. Beach is super close and the pool view is great. I do think the rooms could have been cleaned a little bit more…. maybe have a deeper clean between guests, but overall we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tides. Very quiet and clean and so close to the beach. It is family friendly and the staff were kind and informative. The rooms are very spacious. I hight recommend this place.

Stayed at The Tides with our kids for a week vacation in June and we loved everything about it. The kitchen had all the basic necessities that we needed to use throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a huge plus for us and having a cleaning person come in daily was awesome. The pool was available at all times but we barely used it since the beautiful beach was just steps away from the property. The staff were great as well and were very helpful when we had questions about excursions and such. We loved our stay and we’d certainly stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Very nice condo on first floor. Lots of room and housekeeping did a nice job. There was lots of noise from construction next door. Obviously out of their control. Easy walk to beach. Only complaint about condo was it was freezing in den and bedrooms were not as cool. Made it more difficult to sleep when warm.

I like that the property was small, quiet and walking distance to beach (they did have beach drop off and pick up)

The Tides was a beautiful and convenient place to stay at in Turks! The property is truly beautiful and clean, close proximity to the beach and the shopping area with dining options, and provided clean towels, cleaning services, and easy transportation daily. It is close to the airport as well, only 15 minutes. Getting a taxi is easy and convenient with the help of the reception desk. Overall 10/10 experience. Everyone was nice and welcoming.

Hi, We stayed at The Tides for a long weekend in May 2024. The room was super clean, the amenities were great, allowed us to mix restaurants and home food. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk from The Tides, and you also have the option to use the onsite bicycles for free. Turks and Caicos weather was awesome, people are nice, patient, and we personally need to thank Brenda for all her help, she was super nice and made us feel home. Will definitely go back to Turks, and stay at The Tides again, A

I came for my Birthday nothing but great customer service they help with everything you need close to food places close to beach it’s the perfect place for a nice stay love the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tides. Brenda was such a great host. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved that it had a refrigerator and a wash & dryer. It made traveling with an infant so much much easier. I also loved being able to wake up and enjoy coffee on the balcony. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. We were able to walk to the Fish Fry which I highly recommend. The grocery store is less than a 10 minute drive but be aware, it is VERY expensive. We are already planning our next trip to the Tides.

We booked 8 nights at The Tides and really enjoyed our stay. Our room with a den had a bit of a quirky lay out but had the added bonus of being on the top floor with a partial ocean view that we weren't expecting. It worked out great for us because we had a cloudy week so when the beach wasn't ideal, we were content to relax on our very large balcony with the ocean view and great breezes. Definitely have dinner down the street at Mr. Grouper's restaurant for excellent fish and a fun atmosphere. Lots of people watching on the beach which is just a very short walk (or golf cart ride) from the hotel and since it is a public beach access, a lot of the tour companies pick up for boat excursions from there. And the Looking Glass photo shoot company sets up most days providing interesting entertainment if you choose to watch! LOL All the advantages of a beachfront hotel without the exorbitant cost. Will stay again!

Staff were excellent and very welcoming. The location is great eventhough it’s not a beachfront property. We had kitchen and laundry amenities which worked perfectly for us. Would recommend this hotel.

This place is beautiful inside and out my room was cleaned daily the balcony is spacious and the view was amazing it’s walking distance to the beach and local restaurants as well The staff are friendly one in particular I wish I could remember her name went above and beyond even on crutches to come to my room to help us with the tv I hope she had a speedy recovery! I would stay here over and over and i would definitely recommend it to others

We could not have asked for a better stay! The location was excellent and so close to the beach. The room was spacious and had a great kitchen to cook meals. The property also had bikes to travel to the grocery store, which was awesome to have. We highly recommend this hotel.
