Great experience. Beautiful Hotel, great area, and tons of good restaurants connected to the property.

Near to the ocean and very clean

The Hotel is well situated. Beach in front and the subway in the back. 20 minutes from downtown Boston. The restaurant in the Lobby is excellent, food is excellent. The hotel is really clean. Breakfast needs to be upgraded, (quantity and quality is not representative for the price of the hotel. Plan 15 dollars a day for parking.

This hotel was great! The location was excellent--close to restaurants, the beach, and public transit that takes you right into downtown Boston. There was an airport shuttle that was super convenient. The rooms were really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! Staff is friendly! Across the street from the ocean. Parking in their garage is 15$.

Very nice property. Signage could be better for front desk and parking. Front desk staff was inattentive and did not explain property or amenities including parking well.

The location is good. The parking is also nice but the price makes it nothing special. The breakfast was good but gets packed later in the day. One elevator was broken which was inconvenient. The pool is not heated as the hotel says. Price is high for the services especially since parking isn’t free.

This spot is beautiful close to the beach and has an access way directly from hotel same thing for the train station just underneath which brings you right to downtown Boston. Absolutely amazing hotel!

We looked forward to a few days near the beach. And the location was to-die-for. But that's about it... We arrived late due to a cancelled flight and informed the hotel by phone about the delay. But when we aerived our booking was cancelled. Fortunately they still had a room for us, however it was not ready at all when we entered. Lacking towels for 3 persons and bedding for 1. The partial ocean view is only visible if you look through a mirror or stand in one corner of the room. The breakfast is what deducts most stars: there is seeting for like 30 people, but approx double the amount of people eating at the same time. People had to bring food to rooms or eat at floor! The buffet closes at 9.00 - not taking any que to the buffet into account. We had been waiting in line for more than 20 min when all food was removed. When we asked then to keep the food for a few more minutes, they said they had to remove it due to strict rules from management. With this location the hotel has so many opportunities to be great - but fail completely due to poor management, low service level at counter and bad breakfast serving.

This was the worse property I’ve ever stayed at. The management or lack there of it was horrible. They weren’t able to handle seating for breakfast, parking was a cluster F* with broken gates etc. Clean towels yea eventually maybe. Go elsewhere if you can.

Literally backs up on the Boston Subway Blue Line. Across the street from Revere Beach. Good Restaurant and Bar on site. Two nice options across the open patio. Easy access from Maine and return.

Nice, affordable hotel on a really pretty part of Revere Beach. Parking is easy ($15/day) and the hotel has all amenities, including a wonderful restaurant/bar area. It's also super convenient to Boston and Logan Airport, via an on-site public transportation stop. I'd go back again in a heartbeat!

Pool is small but beach is close, staff very friendly. Restaurant super expensive but places close to order. Clean. Parking no issues.

Way overpriced for the experience. Room was not clean, carpet had several large stains and was a little sticky in some areas. It was disappointing.

Well, we have to ask few time for toilet paper, towel and Kleenex. We did not notice that for 3 days no room clean up was planned…the place in general is perfect for the beach!

The staff is not very friendly, we feel like numbers. We were answered but nothing more. There were four of us in the room, when we arrived, no blankets for the sofa bed and towels for only 2. When they redid the room, they only changed two towels but not the others. No towels two times out of three at the pool and more than an hour before getting some. The location is great, a step from the metro and a step from the beach.
